In order to obtain a power control for the unit comprised of the accumulator and the instantaneous water heater, avoiding the transmission of parasitic pulses to the electric power supply network, the temperature regulator (11) switches to the accumulator (3) the portion of electric power which has not been used by the instantaneous water heater (5). It is thus possible to precisely dose the power to be provided to the instantaneous water heater (5), the portion of such power not absorbed by the instantaneous water heater being provided to the accumulator (3). This installation operates without feed-back for the power supply network. The invention may be used for the preparation of sanitary water.

Disclosed are a heater and hot water supplying device having the same. A temperature stabilizing unit is formed by arranging an inlet and an outlet of a water container close to each other. Under this configuration, cool water introduced into a water path of the water container via the inlet serves to cool hot water to be discharged via the outlet of the water container. This may prevent the hot water from being overheated to temperature more than a preset value. As a result, this may prevent damage of thermal lines of a heating element, due to overheating, the overheating occurring as water inside the water container is overheated.
