    摘要： A file information processing method for a portable device is provided. The method comprises receiving at least a file data from an information providing platform by the portable device. A personal terminal device corresponds to the portable device in the information providing platform and the information providing platform provides several information items which correspond to files respectively. The information providing platform receives at least a selecting signal for selecting at least one of the information items and transmits a file data of the file corresponding to the selected information items to the portable device. The portable device provides a file list listing file items corresponding to the received file data respectively.

The browser obtains a network resource, such as a Web page, from a content provider, and collects information associated with the display and interaction with the content by a user. The browser presents, among other controls, a graphical icon that is representative of an integrated command to remove information collected while accessing a first network resource and to cause the browser application to access a second accessed network resource. Upon receipt of an input corresponding to the selection of the graphical icon, the browser deletes information collected while accessing the first network resource and accesses the second network resource.

Embodiments can provide visual tools so that a component can convert an existing web site or web page into a template.     摘要： A system includes a web server having a server storage component including web page information, a rules engine, and a plurality of rules, and a client processor communicating with the web server over a global communication network. The client processor includes a processor component, a web browser, a web browser plug-in tool, and a processor storage component storing copies of the web page information, the rules engine, and the rules as downloaded from the server. The server embeds at least one of the rules engine and the rules with the web page information for download to the client processor. The rules establish a single valid data entry for a selected field of a web page for each combination of values for designated other fields of the web page. The rules engine executes the rules to select the single valid data entry dependent upon the values of the designated other fields.
