    摘要： A safe container end closure (20) includes an annular central lid portion (36), an annular peripheral lid portion (34), and a score line (32) having a v-shaped groove with a rounded nose portion therebetween. An opening tab (26) is secured to the central lid portion having a nose (54) positioned adjacent the score line (32) so that upon pivoting of the opening tab, the nose (54) causes a portion of the score line to sever. The central lid portion (36) includes an outwardly opening intermediate fold (44) and an inwardly opening bottom fold (48) that extends radially outwardly beyond the score line (32) so that the severed edge of the removed central lid portion is rendered safe. A nose spread (31) below the scoreline defines the extent that the severed edge of the central lid portion can move. The nose spread in the area of the nose of the opening tab is greater than at other areas.

    摘要： The invention relates to a container with a closing device. Said container comprises a base, a lid (C) and a vertical partition joining the base and the lid, a tongue element comprising a grip end (4) and an opposite bearing end (8), said tongue element (4,8) comprising a lug (3), being integral with the lid (C) by means of a plug (2) fixed to the lid (C). The tongue can be rotationally displaced around the longitudinal axis XX of the plug (2) and can be inclined at a certain angle alpha in relation to the plane of the lid, an opening zone (1) being defined by a precut (10) in said lid (C) and being able to be opened using the tongue, whereby the bearing end thereof (8) exerts a force from the outside to the inside of the container on said area (1) defined by the precut (10). The tongue is such that the grip end thereof (8) has a closing/opening area (7) which is originally convex and which can be deformed, as a result of the flexibility and elasticity thereof, by a pushing movement from the outside to the inside of the container in order to take on a concave shape and vice-versa, being able to be deformed in order to revert to a convex shape by pressing the inside towards the outside of the container on the bearing edge. The invention can be used in containers, especially beverage containers.

The member also has a score groove and a coin segment. The coin segment is adjacent the score groove and places a compressive stress on a portion of the end member located between the coin segment and the score groove wherein an upper plane and a lower plane are formed and separated by the score groove. The lower plane comprises a portion of the frangible panel segment adjacent the score groove.

    摘要： A beverage can lid comprises an outer peripheral groove adjacent the outer rim and an inner concentric groove separated therefrom by a dividing rim which is at a predetermined height relative to the outer rim. A center platform is connected to the dividing rim by walls which slope downwardly from said rim. The central pull tab area is approximately the same height as the height of the inner groove and is connected to the inner dividing rim at one end with an upwardly curving surface. The outer groove which may be shallow and permits entry of a crimping tool to mount the lid on a can is also easily cleaned to provide a sanitary can lid. The inner groove may be blocked in the pouring spout area to facilitate cleaning.
