摘要: Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Heizvorrichtung (1), ein Verfahren und einen fahrbaren Schweißapparat zum thermischen Verbinden von jeweils zwei Materialbahnen (MB1, MB2, in Abbildung 10) über ein Verbindungsstück (VS), wobei die Materialbahnen mit jeweils einer einander zugewandten Seitenfläche aneinander stoßend zumindest teilweise mit einer jeweiligen Unterseite (US1, US2) auf einer Oberseite (OVS) des Verbindungsstücks flächig aufliegend angeordnet sind.
Vorzugsweise kann die Heizvorrichtung (1) ein Hohlkörper (2) mit Löchern (13) sein, durch die heiße Luft von innen nach außen strömen kann, oder es kann sich um eine elektrische Kontaktheizung aus massivem Block handeln. Die Heizvorrichtung (1) weist in der Mitte ihrer Oberseite eine Rückenflosse (10) zur Führung der Materialbahnen auf jeder Seite der Oberseite (8) der Heizvorrichtung auf. Mit dieser Heizvorrichtung können die beiden Materialbahnen (MB1, MB2) und das Verbindungsstück (VS) gleichzeitig miteinander verschweißt werden.-

摘要: Provided is a bonding method and device which can prevent destruction of a layer with low toughness when bonding a film including the layer with low toughness to a bonding target object. A bonding target object and a film including a layer having lower toughness than the bonding target object are disposed between a set of pressurization molds, which have pressurization surfaces disposed so as to face each other and in which opening holes are formed in the pressurization surfaces. A first edge on the opening hole side of the pressurization surface of a first pressurization mold, out of the set of pressurization molds, which faces the film is positioned further inside the opening hole than a second edge on the opening hole side of the pressurization surface of a second pressurization mold which faces the bonding target object. The pressing target portion of the film which is pressed by the set of pressurization molds is bonded to the bonding target object by sandwiching the bonding target object and the film with the set of pressurization molds to be pressed.

摘要: A method for joining a device to an object with the aid of a combination of ultrasonic vibration energy and induction heating, wherein the device includes a portion of a thermoplastic polymer and a susceptor additive wherein this portion is at least partly liquefied or plasticized through the ultrasonic vibration energy in combination with the induction heating and wherein the joining includes establishing a connection between the device and the object which connection is at least one of a positive fit connection, a weld, a press fit connection, and an adhesive connection. The induction heating is applied for rendering the device portion suitable for absorption of ultrasonic vibration energy than other device portions by raising its temperature above the glass transition temperature of the polymer. The ultrasonic vibration energy is used for liquefying or at least plasticizing the thermoplastic polymer of the named device portion.

摘要: Sufficient strength of a joint portion is secured in a tire configured by joining together plural tire structuring members formed from a thermoplastic material. A welding thermoplastic material 43 that has been melted is extruded towards joining locations on two tire halves 17A formed from a first thermoplastic material that have been aligned so as to face each other and abut, such that the one tire half 17A and the other tire half 17A are welded together with the welding thermoplastic material 43. Degradation of the thermoplastic material forming the tire halves 17A is suppressed since the tire halves 17A are not themselves melted, and sufficient strength of the joint portion is secured.
