摘要: The invention concerns a clock recovery method in digital signal sampling, the clock being generated from a phase-locking loop or PLL (1) which multiplies a given frequency by a whole number. Said method comprises a step which consists in comparing the relative position of the signals with respect to the clock so as to determine whether a selected type of the clock transitions is in phase with the same type of signal transitions by: producing (6) over a clock period several zones, one zone corresponding to the selected type of transitions; analysing (5) the signal transitions relatively to the clock uplink or downlink transitions; cumulating in the corresponding zone the analysis results; determining (10, 9) on the basis of the accumulation whether the sampling clock frequency and/or phase needs to be modified or not. The invention is applicable to signals derived from graphics cards.

摘要: Electromagnetic deflection unit for colour cathode-ray tubes, comprising a pair of horizontal deflection coils and a pair of vertical deflection coils, the saddle-shaped vertical deflection coils having a rear bundle on the electron-gun side and a front bundle located on the screen side, lateral conductor harnesses 120 connecting the two bundles so as to produce a main window in the intermediate region lying between these said bundles, the conductor harnesses being arranged so that, at the end of the main window 18, on the gun side, at least 98% of the lateral harness conductors lie within an angular aperture Θ m of between 60 and 80°.
This arrangement of the conductors in the rear part of the window makes it possible to minimize the aberrations due to coma parabola so as to avoid the use of additional field shapers.

摘要: An optical pick up as used for example in an optical disk player comprises a lens holder, a body (15) of which may support a lens (8). The body is moved in an externally applied magnetic field using a coil (20) rigidly fixed to the body. The movement occurs when a current flows in the coil. The body comprises a cavity (18) delimited by a cavity wall (19). The coil is fitted inside the cavity such that a whole circumference of the coil is in contact with the cavity wall. The coil body assembly shows an improved stiffness which allows to move the lens holder at relatively high frequencies.

摘要: A method for determining a predetermined frequency associated with a transport stream in a digital broadcast receiver, comprises scanning (20, 21 ; 26, 27, 28 ; 30, 31) a frequency range, finding (22) a first frequency (FST) at which a first transport stream is received, reading (23) first identifying data (ID) from the first transport stream, which allows to uniquely identify the first transport stream, extracting (24) a first predetermined frequency (F') associated with the first identifying data from a database (25) by using the first identifying data, the database associating a predetermined frequency with predetermined identification data. The method may be used in networks where the actual broadcasting frequency of the transport stream is different from the predetermined frequency of this transport stream, as contained in a network information table.

摘要: The interactive multimedia devices is based on network structures involving: a broadcasting network (120) and a return path network (140). On the broadcasting network, the interactive data are multiplexed with the broadcast audiovisual signals so as to offer interactivity to connected end-users on the return path network. The information provided by the viewers is homogenized owing to a standardized format stored in the terminals and in the service provider viewer database. In this way, it is possible to select a specific terminal or a category of viewers by using their profiles and not by using their physical addresses and to allow the viewer to react in a very short time in an interactive application mainly for interactive applications dedicated to commercial purposes. To address specific sociological profile, and to save bandwidth, a criteria file called a filter is attached to the digital data multiplexed with the audiovisual signals. Then, each operational interactive terminal receives the digital data with an attached filter. The interactive terminal applies the script of the filter to the criteria included in the filter and to the criteria contained in the viewers profile registered during the installation phase in order to enable the interactive connection.
In another implementation, a plurality of filters, let's say a number N, is associated with a single interactive application. In such case, the comparison continues until one of the N filters match the profile stored in the terminal permanent memory. If one of the filters matches the viewer's profile, the interactive application is executed, else the application is ignored. In this way, a plurality of categories of viewers can interact. A plurality of filters can be associated with an interactive application with different contents. To each filter corresponds a content. These contents are displayed if the corresponding filters match the viewers profile.
