摘要: The present invention belongs to preparation of liquid fuels and light olefins from syngas, and particularly relates to a catalyst and a method for preparing liquid fuels and light olefins via direct conversion of syngas. The syngas is used as the raw material, and the reaction is conducted on a fixed bed or a moving bed. The catalyst comprises A and B components. The component A is composed of active metal oxides, and the active ingredients of the component B are zeolites with a MEL structure. The distance between the geometric centers of catalyst A and catalyst B particles is 2 nm - 10 mm; a weight ratio of the catalyst A to the catalyst B is 0.1-20. The pressure of the syngas is 0.1-10 MPa; reaction temperature is 300-600°C; and space velocity is 300-10000 h -1 . The reaction mainly produces gasoline with high octane number, and co-generates light olefins. Meanwhile, the selectivity for a methane byproduct is low (less than 10%). The present invention has excellent application prospect.

摘要: Disclosed are a fast fluidized bed reactor, device and method for preparing para-xylene and co-producing light olefins from methanol and/or dimethyl ether and toluene, with the reactor, device and method being capable of solving or improving the problem of competition between an alkylation reaction and an MTO reaction during the process of producing the para-xylene and co-producing light olefins from toluene and methanol, thus achieving a synergistic effect between the MTO reaction and the alkylation reaction. By controlling the mass transfer and reaction, the competition between the alkylation reaction and the MTO reaction is coordinated and optimized to achieve a synergistic effect, thereby increasing the conversion rate of toluene, the yield of para-xylene and the selectivity of the light olefins. The fast fluidized bed reactor comprises a first reactor feed distributor and a plurality of second reactor feed distributors, the first reactor feed distributor and the plurality of second reactor feed distributors are sequentially arranged along the gas flow direction in a reaction zone of the fast fluidized bed reactor.

摘要: Disclosed is a fluidized bed reactor for producing para-xylene and co-producing light olefins from benzene and methanol and/or dimethyl ether, comprising a first distributor and a second distributor. The first distributor is located at the bottom of the fluidized bed, and the second distributor is located at the downstream of the first distributor along a gas flow direction. Disclosed is a method for producing para-xylene and co-producing light olefins, mainly comprising the following steps: (1) a material stream A enters a reaction zone of the fluidized bed reactor from the first gas distributor; (2) a material stream B enters the reaction zone of the fluidized bed reactor from the second gas distributor; (3) a reactant contacts a catalyst in the reaction zone to generate a gas phase stream comprising para-xylene and light olefins. The present invention coordinates and optimizes the competition between a benzene alkylation reaction and an MTO reaction by controlling the mass transfer to facilitate a synergistic effect between two reactions, so that the conversion rate of benzene and the yield of para-xylene are greatly increased.

摘要: The present invention refers to a fast fluidized-bed reactor, device and method for preparing propylene and C4 hydrocarbons from oxygen-containing compounds. The device comprises the fast fluidized-bed reactor and a fluidized-bed regenerator for regenerating a catalyst. The method includes: a) feeding a raw material containing the oxygen-containing compounds from n reactor feed distributors to a dense phase zone of the fast fluidized-bed reactor, and contacting the raw material with a catalyst, to generate a stream containing target product and a spent catalyst containing carbon; b) sending the stream discharged from the fast fluidized-bed reactor containing target product into a product separation system, obtaining propylene, C4 hydrocarbons, light fractions and the like after separation, returning 70 wt.% or more of the light fractions to the dense phase zone of the fast fluidized-bed reactor from the reactor feed distributor at the bottom-most of the fast fluidized-bed reactor, and reacting ethylene and the oxygen-containing compounds to perform an alkylation reaction in presence of the catalyst, to produce products of propylene and the like. The method and device of the present invention improve the reaction rate of ethylene alkylation, and the unit volume production capacity of reactor is high.
