In other words, the first terminal can assist the second terminal in requesting the uplink synchronization information and/or the uplink resource from the network device, thus increasing the flexibility of a random access process for the first terminal and the second terminal in a relay scenario.

摘要： The present disclosure provides a wireless communication method and device, and provides a solution for a terminal device to determine whether to perform SIM card switching, capable of reducing the complexity of the terminal device. Whether the terminal device is required to establish the connection with the first network is determined by the first network based on a first policy, and the first policy includes a service priority. The service priority identifies a service that requires the terminal device to connect to the first network or a service that does not require the terminal device to connect to the first network. All or part of information of the first policy originates from the terminal device, and the method further includes: transmitting, by the terminal device, part or all of the information in the first policy to the first network via a Non-Access Stratum, NAS, message.
