    摘要: Bei einer Induktionsglühe sind mehrere aus Ringkernen aus hochpermeablem Material mit hoher Sättigungsinduktivität zusammengesetzte Kernpakete hintereinander in der Kurzschlußschleife des wärmezubehandelnden Drahtes angeordnet, so daß sie jeweils einen Anteil der gewünschten Schleifenspannung im Draht induzieren, die den entsprechenden Glühstrom fließen läßt. Durch Speisung der Primärwicklungen mit bipolaren Impulsen einstellbarer Kurvenform, Amplitude, Breite und/oder Frequenz läßt sich ein weiterer Einstellbereich für die Induktionsspannung im Draht erzielen. Durch multifilares Wickeln der Primärwicklungen lassen sich die Streuinduktivitäten gering halten und ein hoher Wirkungsgrad erzielen.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method and to an arrangement for the manufacture of partly hardened products (D) made from profiled, thin metal sheet. The method is characterized by providing a number of hardened parts (H) along the length of an initially shaped profile (R) while advancing the profile continuously in a manufacturing line, and by then cutting or clipping the profile at the non-hardened parts thereof (O) located between the hardened parts (H), and further shaping the profile (R) so as to obtain end products (D) of desired shape and size. The inventive arrangement includes a heating unit (18) in the form of an electric coil/loop (19) which is adapted to the cross-sectional shape of the profile (R) and which can be controlled timewise so as to solely heat certain parts of the continuously advanced profile (R) along the length thereof, therewith to produce the hardened parts (H) along the length of the profile. According to the present invention, the profile (R), and thus the end products (D), may be provided with intermittent stiffenings in the form of grooves or flutes (G).

    摘要: An induction furnace is described which is capable to heat a thin strip from a continuous casting apparatus throughout the furnace itself after a previous rolling, at a homogeneous temperature adapted to the subsequent rolling steps. The induction furnace of the present invention comprises, in a known manner, an array of toroidal coils being fed at M.F., with intermediate feeding rollers having reduced size along the strip feed direction with respect to the known coils so that the rollers are less spaced from each other. Flux concentrators are also provided, being distributed preferably in pairs on the inductor and mounted transversely movable with respect to the strip forward movement and possibly also in a plane perpendicular thereto.
