    摘要: The present invention relates to a smart bonding method. In the smart bonding method for equipment in which a power source and a communication line are connected to each other, a surge protector for the power source is connected to the power source line, and a surge protector for communication is connected to the communication line. Also, the ground terminals of the surge protector for the power source and of the surge protector for communication are connected to each other to form a common ground terminal. Here, the common ground terminal is connected to the conductive frame of the equipment. As described above, the potential difference between all lines of the equipment is equal to the potential of the ground through the surge protectors. Thus, a surge current may be interrupted to fundamentally prevent damage due to a lightning surge from occurring.
