Die Fördereinheit (13) weist einen Materialschacht (15) auf und ist im Betrieb der Fördervorrichtung (1) zumindest zeitweise derart entkoppelt von der Material-Zuführeinrichtung (14) und übrigen Bestandteilen der Fördervorrichtung an oder auf einer Wägeeinrichtung (16) gelagert, dass vermittels dieser permanent oder temporär eine Gewichtsbestimmung einer jeweils in der Fördereinheit (13) einschließlich Materialschacht (15) befindlichen Menge an Schüttgut oder Fasermaterial erfolgt. Weiterhin werden eine mobile Befüllanlage, eine bevorzugte Verwendung von Fördervorrichtung und Befüllanlage und ein bevorzugtes Verfahren zum Einblasen von Dämmstoff in Dämmstoffkammern angegeben.

A static mixer is disposed between the injector and the outlet for enhancing the uniform mixing of the additive and the fluid. Connection points between the inlet, the valve and the static mixer are configured for smooth transition of fluid and the prevention of at least one of the collection and premature setting of the mixture.

The invention relates to the production of mortar mixture in a positive mixer and the application by means of a spray nozzle to an application surface for coating. According to the invention, larger distances and also heights may be bridged, whereby the dry mortar starting mixture is pumped by means of an air feed from an injection unit over a transport hose of corresponding length in a fine stream to a mixer directly before the spray nozzle in the region of the application surface. The starting mixture is mixed with water therein and carried to the spray nozzle in a dense stream and applied to the application surface by means of the pressure of the compressed air introduced thereto.

The invention relates to a method for mixing a compressed propellent gas and a slurry. The method is characterized in that the slurry is fed into a cavity, that the propellent gas is added to the slurry inside said cavity, that the resulting gas-added slurry is allowed to undergo a first expansion step while it is still inside said cavity, before it is allowed to exit from the cavity, and that it undergoes a second expansion step while exiting from the cavity into the ambient air, whereby it is sprayed onto a desired object. The invention also relates to an apparatus for working the method.
