The air conditioning controller (12) is further configured not to allow operations of the plurality of indoor units (3a, 3b, 3c, 3d) when there is an area identification frame to which none of the ventilators (6a, 6b) are allocated, in the plurality of area identification frames.

The processor is configured to, by executing at least one instruction, receive, first operation history information and device information of the air conditioner, determine whether to convert the first operation history information into second operation history information based on the device information and temperature information of a region in proximity to the air conditioner, predict whether the refrigerant leaks from the air conditioner by inputting either the first operation history information or the second operation history information into the first artificial intelligence model based on a result of the determination, and provide prediction information on the refrigerant leakage based on a result of the prediction of whether the refrigerant leaks from the air conditioner.
