An acquisition part (191) acquires pre-nap information (D 1 1) and an expected nap time zone (D12) including an expected nap start time and an expected nap end time regarding a subject. The determination part (193) judges the wakefulness level of the subject in the expected nap time zone (D12) based on the pre-nap information (D11), and determines the content of environmental control for a target space in which the subject takes a nap.
