    摘要: A laminated sensor comprises a base stratum and a terminal stratum. The base stratum has a first surface that is affixed to a surface of a structure to be monitored. The terminal stratum is affixed to the opposite second surface of the base stratum. A connector is attached to the terminal stratum. The base stratum is provided with first and second channels and that are cut through the thickness of the base stratum. The terminal stratum is provided with holes that extend through the thickness of the terminal stratum. A first pair of the holes are positioned to register with the first channel, while a second pair of the holes are positioned to register with the second channel. A first conduit is formed by the first channel and the holes; while a second conduit is formed by the second channel and the holes. The connector connects with tubes to provide fluid communication between the conduits and a differential pressure monitoring system.

    摘要: A resonance shear measuring method capable of simple and rapid measurement by obtaining a resonance shear curve through Fourier transformation of a damping curve of an oscillation on one side surface of a sample during measurement of shear response from the sample is provided. The method is to measure shear response of the sample sandwiched between the solid surfaces of a resonance shear measurement unit along with a change in film thickness by applying an input signal U in to a horizontal driving section of the shear resonance measurement unit, by detecting an oscillation on one side surface of the sample sandwiched between solid surfaces of the resonance shear measurement unit as an output signal U out by means of a displacement gauge, and by applying the output signal U out along with the input signal U in to a resonance shear signal analyzer, wherein a damping curve of the oscillation on one side surface of the sample is Fourier transformed by a Fourier transformation section (5B) to obtain a resonance shear curve. Also provided is a twin-path type apparatus for shear stress measurement capable of precise measurement of shear stress by using a twin-path method by which a distance between opaque substrates can be measured.

    摘要: Friction against a road surface is measured by a friction measuring device that is pulled along behind a car. At the side of a main unit (6) of the friction measuring device there is a chain cover (5) with two wheels (3, 4). The wheels (3, 4) are interconnected by means of a chain (12) lying around sprocket wheels (10, 11) on the wheel axles. The sprocket wheels (10, 11) have different sizes, and therefore the two wheels (3, 4) will rotate with different rotation speeds. If for instance the forward wheel (3) rolls without slip during driving, the rear wheel (4) then must experience some slip, i.e. the rear wheel will skid on the road surface. Friction is measured by measuring the tension that arises in the chain (12). In order to ensure that the front wheel (3) will always rotate without slip, the chain cover (5) is attached to the main unit (6) by means of an attachment axle (9) that is placed substantially closer to the forward wheel (3) than the rear wheel (4). Due to this location of the attachment axle (9), the forward wheel (3) receives an increased ground pressure. The two wheels (3, 4) roll right behind each other in the same track which corresponds to one of the wheel tracks of the car.
