    摘要: An electromechanical transducer of the invention comprises a structural unit, an armature, and the first and second elastic units. The structural unit includes magnets, a yoke and a coil. The armature includes an inner portion disposed to pass through inside the structural unit and two outer portions protruding from the inner portion in a first direction, and the armature constitutes a magnetic circuit with the structural unit via two regions through which components of the magnetic flux flow in reverse directions in the inner region. The elastic units give restoring forces to the outer portions in response to displacement of the armature due to magnetic forces of the magnetic circuit. In the armature, a cross-sectional area at a predetermined position between the two regions is smaller than that at the two regions, and magnetic flux flowing in the first direction within a range of displacement of the armature.

By confirming the transmission sequence information added to the input signal, the main body unit (10) can confirm whether or not there is an omission in the input signal. When the measurement of a physical quantity ends (S03), the main body unit (10) transmits, to the sensor amplifier (30), a retransmission request requesting the retransmission of data relating to a missing portion (S04). Then, the sensor amplifier (30) extracts input signal data relating to the missing portion and stored therein on the basis of the retransmission request from the main body unit (10) (S05), and retransmits the extracted input signal data to the main body unit (10) (S06).

The microphone unit (10) is utilized for discriminating sounds by a three-axis correlation method with an X-axis, a Y-axis, and a Z-axis, and thereby an arrival direction vector can be calculated also for a ground noise. When the window areas (Wa) to (Wc) are defined from a positional relation between a monitoring site P and an area where a noise actually occurs, it is possible to identify that, from a ratio of the incoming direction vector, the ground noise is from which of the window areas (Wa) to (Wc).

The film member (1) may be replaced by an acrylic, polyethylene terephthalate or other plastic plate, an aluminum or other metal plate, or a veneer or other plate member, molded into a curved shape, such as a dome, a semi-cylinder and a cone.
