摘要: The fuel filter comprises: a housing (10); a lid (20) hermetically retained against an open end (14) of the housing (10) and incorporating an outlet nozzle (21); and a tubular filter element (50) housed inside the housing (10) to define, therewith, an annular fuel admission chamber (C). The filter element (50) has its interior maintained in communication with the outlet nozzle (21) of the lid (20. The housing (10) has the open end (14) thereof provided with an outer thread (16), at least one of the parts defined by the open end (14) of the housing (10) and by the lid (20) carrying a sealing means (30) seated against the other of said parts, the filter further comprising a nut (40) to be engaged to said outer thread (16) of the housing (10) and to the lid (20),. maintaining the latter hermetically seated on the housing (10).

摘要: A piston ring for internal combustion engines with a coating of Chromium nitride (CrN) deposited by a physical vapor deposition process on a sliding surface with a typical crystal structure of CrN phase, has a high wear resistance and superior resistance to the generation of micro-cracks and consequent localized loss of pieces of the coating. The coating is a columnar crystalline coating of CrN having a dispersed pore content lower than 10% in volume and ratio of intensities, measured through x-ray diffraction, between the crystal planes (111) and planes (200) , parallel to the surface, in the range of 0.40 to 0.70. This crystalline distribution is obtained through an oxygen content impregnated in the CrN coating between 1.0% in weight to 7.0% in weight. The Vickers hardness of the film ranges from 1,500 to 2,200 HV.

摘要: An oil ring for an internal combustion engine, comprising a metallic annular body (10) to be mounted around a piston (P) reciprocating inside a cylinder (C) of the engine, said annular body (10) having opposite lateral faces (11), an internal face (12) onto which will be seated a resilient expander (M), and an external contact face (13) to be seated against the internal face of the cylinder (C) and having a height (h) that is substantially smaller than the height (H) of the internal face (12). Each lateral face (11) is defined by one or more lateral face portions (11a, 11b), which are designed to reduce the moment of inertia of the annular body (10), giving higher conformability to the latter. Preferentially, but not exclusively, the annular body (10) can be further provided with channels (15, 16), extended along at least part of the ring hight and which are radially spaced back in relation to the external contact face (13).
