Old data for the crew member operation are copied as data for a new crew member operation that are being prepared. Among the new train IDs corresponding to the travel section data constituting the new travel data, those existing as new train IDs corresponding to new train operation data are employed without change, and those that do not exist as new train IDs corresponding to new train operation data are deleted and handled as being canceled. The same procedure is effected for all new route data, and those new train IDs corresponding to the new train operation data that are not allocated are classified as a non-allocated group. Next, new train IDs in the allowable range for the departure/arrival information in the travel section data that have been canceled, are selected from those classified as the non-allocated group among the new train IDs corresponding to the new train operation data, and are employed as new train IDs corresponding to the travel section data.

Provided is a sound absorbing panel that can satisfy the heat resistance properties and melting/dripping resistance properties required inside of a railway vehicle. A pier sound absorbing panel (10) comprises five sheets of first through fifth glass cloths (13-17) that are stacked on an aluminum base plate (11). The edge section of the fifth glass cloth (17) is affixed to the rear surface of the base plate (11) using an adhesive, and the first through fourth glass cloths (13, 14, 15, 16) are fastened using staples. In other words, the first glass cloth (13) and the base plate (11) are fixed using an adhesive, and this adhesive is prevented from melting by the five sheets of the first through fifth glass cloths (13-17). The adhesive that fixes the edge section of the fifth glass cloth (17) at the other surface of the base plate (11) is prevented from melting by the five sheets of the first through fifth glass cloths (13-17) and the base plate (11).

Provided are: a railroad vehicle that efficiently moves a door to an airtight position and makes it possible to maintain the air tightness of the door without increasing the size of a cylinder device even when the door must be moved across a distance to arrive at the airtight position; and a plug door for a railroad vehicle. When a door (8) moves to the position that is indicated by the two-dot/dash line in FIG. 1 , a piston (32) extends in the vehicle width direction, a pressing member (33) is brought into contact with the inner surface of the door (8), and the door (8) is moved toward a door frame (W) (in the vehicle body width direction). Due to the fact that an auxiliary pressing device (30) brings the piston (32) into perpendicular contact with the inner surface of the door (8), it is possible to efficiently move and press the door (8) without increasing the size of a cylinder device even when the door must be moved across a distance to arrive at an airtight position. In addition, the main pressing device (40) that is indicated in FIGS. 5(a)-5(b) is subsequently used to further press the door (8) toward the door frame (W).

A train maintenance automating system which performs the work on train maintenance without human intervention. The train maintenance automating system comprises a refuse reservoir (10), a sewage tank (20), a water tank (30), and expanders (41, 42, 51, 61). With this automating system, when the train stops, the expanders (41, 42, 51, 61) are extended to raise connectors (45, 54, 64) toward the vehicle body for connection to the refuse reservoir (10), sewage tank (20), and water tank (30). In this automating system, discharge of refuse, withdrawal of sewage, and feeding of water are automatically effected. And upon completion of these operations, the expanders (41, 42, 51, 61) are contracted to store connectors (44, 45, 54, 55, 64, 65) in standby locations (48, 58). Therefore, use of this train maintenance automating system allows train maintenance to be effected automatically without human intervention.
