    摘要: An environmentally beneficial, flame retardant, halogen free polymer composition, which on a total of 100 % by weight comprises:

    5-40 % by weight of a polar ethylene copolymer;
    5-40 % by weight of a polypropylene (PP) polymer;
    5-40 % by weight of an ethylene-propylene rubber (EPR) ;
    1-10 % by weight of silicone;
    20-40 % by weight of an inorganic filler which is a compound of a metal of Group IIA of the Periodic Table of Elements, excluding hydroxides and hydrated compounds.

    An electric cable is also disclosed which comprises a conductor and is provided with a coating and/or sheathing of a polymer composition as defined above.

    a) reacting a spray crystallized or emulsion solidified adduct of MgCl 2 and a C 1 -C 2 alcohol with TiCl 4
    b) reacting the product of stage a) with a dialkylphthalate of formula (I)

    wherein R 1 ' and R 2 ' are independently at least a C 5 alkyl
    under conditions where a transesterification between said C 1 to C 2 alcohol and said dialkylphthalate of formula (I) takes place to form the internal donor
    c) washing the product of stage b) or
    d) optionally reacting the product of step c) with TiCl 4 .,

    as well as reactor grade thermoplastic polyolefins prepared by using the above described Ziegler-Natta procatalyst, use of these reactor grade thermoplastic polyolefins, molded articles produced from them and a method to improve paintability and/or surface quality of reactor grade thermoplastic polyolefin resin articles.
