摘要: The present application discloses an air conditioning apparatus and an electric control box. The electric control box comprises a box body, a mounting plate, a heat sink, an electronic component and a heat dissipation fan. The box body is provided with a mounting cavity. The mounting board is arranged in the mounting cavity to form a first chamber and a second chamber located on two sides of the mounting board. A first air vent and a second air vent are arranged on the mounting board and are spaced apart. The first air vent and the second air vent are connected to the first chamber and the second chamber. The heat sink is at least partially arranged in the first chamber. The electronic component is arranged in the second chamber and in thermally conductive connection with the heat sink. The heat dissipation fan is used for blowing air such that the air flows from the first chamber into the second chamber via the first air vent. In this way, air circulation is formed between the first chamber and the second chamber to cool the sealed electric control box. Moreover, the electric control box is sealed and is thus water proof, insect proof, dust proof and damp proof, thereby having higher electric control reliability.

摘要: Provided are an air conditioning apparatus and an electric control box. The electric control box comprises a box body, a mounting board, an electronic component, and a heat sink, the box body being provided with a mounting cavity; the mounting plate is disposed in the mounting cavity such that the mounting cavity forms a first cavity and a second cavity located on the two sides of the mounting board; the electronic component is arranged in the second cavity; the heat sink comprises a heat exchange body and a header assembly; the header assembly is used for providing refrigerant flow to the heat exchange body; at least part of the heat exchange body is arranged in the first cavity, and is heat-conductively connected to the electronic component; the mounting board is used for blocking the condensed water on the heat sink from flowing into the second cavity. By means of arranging the mounting board in the electric control box to separate the mounting cavity, and arranging the heat exchange main body and the electronic components in the first cavity and the second cavity, respectively, which are independent of each other, it is possible to completely isolate the electronic component from the condensed water, and thus prevent the electronic component from short-circuiting or damage due to contact with the condensed water.

摘要: A horizontal gas-liquid separator (100) for an air conditioner includes a housing (10) and a refrigerant inlet pipe (120). The housing (10) defines a cavity (110). The cavity (110) has a gas outlet (111) formed in the top of the cavity (110) and a liquid outlet (112) formed in the bottom of the cavity (110). A minimum distance between the gas outlet (111) and a left sidewall of the cavity (110) is denoted by L1, and a minimum distance between the liquid outlet (112) and the left sidewall of the cavity (110) is denoted by L2. The refrigerant inlet pipe (120) is located on a left side wall of the housing (10) and has an end extending into the cavity (10). A distance between an end face of the end of the refrigerant inlet pipe (120) and the left sidewall of the cavity (110) is denoted by L3, and L3≥L1, L3≥L2.

摘要: Proposed by the present invention are an air conditioner, a control method and a computer-readable storage medium. The air conditioner comprises: a refrigerant switching device, an indoor heat exchanger, an outdoor heat exchanger, a compressor, a memory, and a processor. The refrigerant switching device comprises a liquid pipe, a gas pipe, and a valve assembly. The processor executes a computer program so as to execute the following: obtaining switching information of a working mode of the air conditioner; and controlling the valve assembly according to the switching information so that the gas pipe and the liquid pipe are closed according to the sequence of the gas pipe first and then the liquid pipe, and then opened according to the sequence of the gas pipe first and then the liquid pipe. Therefore, during the switching process of the working mode, the refrigerant inside an indoor unit heat exchanger is limited by means of first closing the gas pipe and the liquid pipe, which reduces the amount of refrigerant to be balanced after the gas pipe connected to a target working mode is connected, and reduces the refrigerant noise caused by the impact of high pressure and low pressure refrigerant during the connection process. At the same time, the refrigerant flow may be switched without limiting the refrigerant flow, which greatly shortens the duration of the switching process and ensures the operation stability of the compressor.
