摘要： A pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) composition comprising an aqueous dispersion solution containing an aqueous solvent and a PSA constituent dispersed in the aqueous solvent is provided. The PSA constituent contains an acrylic polymer and a tackifier L having a viscosity of 2000 Pa·s or lower at 30°C. In addition, the PSA constituent contains a surfactant S containing in the molecular structure an aryloxy group serving as a hydrophobic group and an anionic or non-ionic hydrophilic group. Here, the aryloxy group is a phenyloxy group having at least one substituent having an aromatic ring. Such a PSA composition has excellent dispersion stability, as well as rough-surface adhesion property and water-resistance of the PSA sheet formed from the composition.

The release layer has an amount of silicone that transfers to Single-Sided Adhesive Tape No. 31 B manufactured by Nitto Denko Corporation of 10 kcps or less per unit surface area equivalent to a circle having a diameter of 30 mm when determined as X-ray intensity of silicon by X-ray fluorescence analysis.

摘要： A double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) sheet 11 has, on each side of a plastic film substrate 1, a PSA layer 3 provided through an undercoat layer 2 containing a compound having an oxazoline group. The PSA layer 3 is formed from a water-dispersed PSA composition. This PSA composition contains an acrylic polymer synthesized by emulsion polymerization of a monomer raw material containing an alkyl(meth)acrylate and a carboxyl group-containing monomer, and a water-dispersed tackifier at a mass ratio of 100:5 to 100 based on solid content. The toluene emission when this PSA sheet is kept at 80°C for 30 minutes is 20 µg or less per gram of the sheet.

The PSA sheet comprises a PSA layer formed of a PSA composition comprising an acrylic polymer emulsion and a tackifier resin emulsion; the toluene and TVOC emissions are at most 20 µg and at most 150 µg, respectively; in a sensory test, 90% of participants evaluate that the unpleasantness of odors emitted from the PSA sheet is less than that of toluene at a prescribed concentration.

摘要： A pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet contains at least a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer containing an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive containing an acrylic polymer composition containing an acrylic polymer as a main component and a tackifier containing a tackifying resin as a main component, wherein reflection rate and attached amount in the fogging test in accordance with German Industrial Standard DIN 75201 are 70% or more and 2.0 mg or less, respectively. In the acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive which forms the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, a ratio of components having a molecular weight of 300 or less is preferably 4.2% by weight or less based on the total amount of solid matter of the acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive. Furthermore, in the tackifying resin in the tackifier, a ratio of components having a molecular weight of 300 or less is suitably 4.2% by weight or less based on the total amount of solid matter of the tackifying resin.
