Vibrating screen apparatus (1) embodying at least one screen element (7) transversely insertable and/or extractable by means of movement substantially on the riddling plane, said screen element (7) including at the internal end hooking means (8) to hook to a supporting structure (6) characterised in that said supporting structure (6) includes: first deviation means to deviate the insertion path of said screen element (7) from an insertion plane to an hooking plane in retraction; second deviation mean to deviate the path of said screen element (7) from an off-hook plane, to an extraction plane, during the movement of said first screen element first towards the inside as releasing action and then towards the exterior as extraction action.
Abstract:
A method and system of harvesting crops involves cutting and threshing the crop, separating graff (a mixture of grain kernels, chaff, weed seeds, and other organic matter) from straw (plant stalks), and returning the straw to the field. This is preferably carried out in a harvesting unit (15) of the pull type having a graff storage tank (33). The collected graff is moved to a stationary cleaning mill (20) in a different location by means of a suitable vehicle (17) such as a truck. Storage of the graff prior to cleaning is avoided and the cleaning mill (20), and preferably the harvesting unit (15) and vehicle (17), are designed to make this possible. This avoids difficulties caused by the poor material flow of graff. Various details of the equipment are also novel.

A vibratory separator (in one aspect a shale shaker) and screen assemblies for them; the screen assemblies, in at least certain aspects, having an undulating plate with a plurality of spaced apart openings therethrough, a plurality of spaced apart supports extending beneath the plate and to which the plate is secured, and each support having a length and independent of and not connected to the other supports along its length, each support having two spaced apart ends, and screening connected to the plate.

Das Vibrationssieb hat ein Gehäuse, das aus einzelnen Sektionen (1, 2) mit darin untereinander angeordneten Sieboberflächen besteht. Jede Sektion (1, 2) ist mittels flexibler Elemente (5) an einem Gestell (4) aufgehängt. An jeder Sektion (1, 2) sind Vibratoren (6) montiert. Die Sieboberflächen der einzelnen Sektionen (1, 2) sind mit unterschiedlichen Neigungen und unterschiedlichen Breiten in Bewegungsrichtung des zu siebenden Gutes angeordnet.
