摘要: A foaming process using a carbon dioxide solution, comprising: adding a parison into a carbon dioxide solution for primary foaming, taking out, and performing secondary foaming to obtain a cellular product. A polar liquid system is used for foaming; compared with direct foaming by using a high-pressure gas, a high-foaming ratio and uniform cellular structure can be obtained more quickly, and even for a highly crystalline polymer, a good foaming effect is achieved. Controlling changes of temperature and pressure after carbon dioxide is introduced can first control the impact and penetration of carbon dioxide on the surface of the cross-linked material, and further increase of the pressure and temperature promotes increase of the solubility of carbon dioxide in the polar system, so as to promote saturation of carbon dioxide in the polymer more quickly, thereby promoting formation of a high-foaming ratio and uniform cellular structure in the subsequent heating and foaming process.

摘要: The present invention pertains to a biaxially oriented polyethylene (BOPE) film comprising a polyethylene composition (C) having a density of from 940 to 970 kg/m3, wherein the polymer composition comprises:
a) 75-99 wt.-%, based on the total weight of the polyethylene composition (C), of a high density polyethylene (HDPE) with a density of from 945 to 970 kg/m3, and a melt flow rate MFR2 of from 0.1 to 3.0 g/10 min, comprising at least two fractions:
a1) 30-70 wt.-%, based on the total weight of the HDPE, of a first polyethylene fraction (PE1) with a density of from 955 to 980 kg/m3, and a melt flow rate MFR2 of from 100 to 1000 g/10 min, and
a2) 30-70 wt.-%, based on the total weight of the HDPE, of a second polyethylene fraction (PE2) with a density of from 920 to 970 kg/m3, and a melt flow rate MFR2 of from 0.0001 to 1.0 g/10 min,
b) 1-25 wt.-%, based on the total weight of the polyethylene composition (C), of a polyethylene wax having a density of from 940 to 995 kg/m3;
wherein the density is determined in accordance with ISO1183 and the melt flow rate MFR2 is determined at a temperature of 190 °C under a load of 2.16 kg in accordance with ISO1133. -
