Hierzu wird ein Druckausgleichskanal (11, 11', 11") vorgeschlagen, der in den Schallkanal (8, 8', 8") mündet. Der Druckausgleichskanal (11, 11', 11'') verbindet den Schallkanal (8, 8', 8") vorzugsweise mit einem Belüftungskanal (Vent). Er kann in einfacher Weise bei der Herstellung des Gehäuses des Hörhilfegerätes (1) mittels eines computergestützten Herstellungsverfahrens erzeugt werden.
