摘要: Bei der vorliegenden Erfindung handelt es sich um ein Stahlflachprodukt zur Herstellung eines Blechformteils durch Warmumformen, aufweisend
a. ein Stahlsubstrat, das aus einem Stahl, der 0,1-3 Gew.-% Mn und optional bis zu 0,01 Gew.-% B aufweist, besteht und
b. einen auf mindestens einer Seite des Stahlsubstrats angeordneten Überzug auf Aluminium-Basis,
wobei der Überzug eine Al-Basisschicht aufweist, die aus 1,0-15 Gew.-% Si, optional 2-4 Gew.-% Fe, 0,1-5,0 Gew.-% Alkali- oder Erdalkalimetalle, und optionalen weiteren Bestandteilen, deren Gehalte in Summe auf höchstens 2,0 Gew.-% beschränkt sind, und als Rest Aluminium besteht und wobei die Alkali- oder Erdalkalimetalle in der Al-Basisschicht eine derartige Verteilung aufweisen, dass das Stahlflachprodukt im abgekühlten Zustand nach einer Glühung in einem Ofen mit einer Ofentemperatur von 900°C für eine Glühdauer von 9 Minuten eine Farbveränderung im Vergleich zum abgekühlten Zustand nach einer Referenz-Glühdauer von 4 Minuten erfährt, wobei die Farbveränderung eine Farbdynamik von größer 100 aufweist.-

The disclosed wire rod for a spring with improved strength and fatigue limit according to an embodiment includes, in percent by weight (wt%): 0.6 to 0.7% of C, 2.0 to 2.5% of Si, 0.2 to 0.7% of Mn, 0.9 to 1.5% of Cr, 0.015% or less of P, 0.01% or less of S, 0.01% or less of Al, 0.01% or less of N, 0.25% or less of Mo, 0.25% or less of W, 0.05% to 0.2% of V, 0.05% or less of Nb, and the balance of Fe and unavoidable impurities, wherein Mn+Cr≤1.8% and 0.05 at%≤Mo+W≤0.15 at% may be satisfied.
