Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine wässrige, feststoffhaltige Tauchbadzusammensetzung zur Behandlung von Verstärkungseinlagen für Gummiprodukte enthaltend die folgenden Komponenten oder bestehend aus diesen Komponenten, (A) mindestens eine verkappte MDI-Mischung, wobei die MDI-Mischung MDI-Oligomere der Formel (I), wobei n eine ganze Zahl von 1 bis 8 ist, und MDI-Monomere enthält; (B) mindestens einen Latex; (C) mindestens eine Verbindung ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Polyacrylaten, Ligninderivaten und Mischungen hiervon; und (D) gegebenenfalls mindestens ein Additiv; wobei die Tauchbadzusammensetzung im Wesentlichen frei von Epoxiden ist, und wobei die Tauchbadzusammensetzung im Wesentlichen frei von Resorcin, Formaldehyd und deren Reaktionsprodukten ist.
Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a fluorine-free water repellent which can impart excellent initial water repellency and laundering-resistant water repellency to fibers of a wide range of kinds. The water repellent treatment agent is an aqueous emulsion which contains no fluorine-containing ingredient and comprises a hybrid emulsion that contains a water repellent component and a crosslinking component capable of reacting with the water repellent component, the two components being included in each particle. It is preferable that the crosslinking component be a blocked isocyanate. It is preferable that the water repellent component and the crosslinking component be contained in amounts of 20-90 mass% and 10-80 mass%, respectively, based on the solid components of the water repellent treatment agent.

Provided is a fiber material for cement reinforcement, configured such that a resin A containing an isocyanate compound as a constituent component is present inside a fiber bundled body, and a resin B containing an epoxy resin as a constituent component is present on a surface of the fiber bundled body. Further, it is preferable that the resin A contains a polyol or an epoxy compound as a constituent component in addition to the isocyanate compound, the resin B contains an acrylic-modified epoxy resin or a bisphenol-A epoxy resin as a main component, the fiber bundled body has a tensile strength of 7 cN/dtex or more, and the fiber bundled body includes 50 to 3, 000 single fibers. The invention is also addressed to a concrete or mortar molded article using the above fiber material for reinforcement.

A fiber cord for reinforcement, having an adhesive treatment agent attached to a surface thereof. The fiber cord includes, in an inner layer part thereof, two kinds of compounds each having a molecular weight of less than 1,000. The main compound is an aromatic compound or contains an ±-dicarboxylic acid component, and the other compound is an aliphatic compound or an alicyclic compound. Further, it is preferable that the adhesive treatment agent is a resorcin-formalin-latex-based adhesive, and the fiber cord includes a twisted synthetic fiber. In addition, it is preferable that the aromatic compound is a heterocyclic compound, the main compound is located only in the inner layer part of the fiber cord, and a compound having a hexamethylene diisocyanate trimer structure is present, and it is preferable that no latex is present in the inner layer part of the fiber cord. This fiber cord is produced through a two-stage treatment with a pre-treatment liquid and an adhesive treatment liquid, and a fiber cord for reinforcement having significantly improved fraying resistance and being excellent in adhesion to the matrix and fatigue resistance (durability) is provided.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Festigkeitsträgerlage aus textilen Festigkeitsträgern für elastomere Erzeugnisse, wobei das Verfahren u.a. das Tauchen der textilen Festigkeitsträger in wenigstens einem ersten Bad, welches wenigstens ein geblocktes Diisocyanat enthält und frei ist von freiem Resorcin und freiem Formaldehyd sowie deren Vorkondensaten, wobei die Schutzgruppen des oder der geblockten Diisocyanat(e) ausgewählt sind aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Oximen, wie bevorzugt Ketoximen wie Methylethylketoxim, und/oder Pyrazol-Derivaten, wie bevorzugt 3,5-Dimethylpyrazol, und das Tauchen der textilen Festigkeitsträger in wenigstens einem zweiten Bad, welches wenigstens ein Malein-funktionalisertes Polymer enthält und frei ist von freiem Resorcin und freiem Formaldehyd sowie deren Vorkondensaten, umfasst. Des Weiteren betrifft die Erfindung einen Fahrzeugreifen, der wenigstens eine erfindungsgemäße Festigkeitsträgerlage enthält.

The present invention provides a fiber sizing agent composition containing a polyester resin (A) and a reactive compound (B), wherein the polyester resin (A) is a polyester resin having an HLB of 4 to 18 and a viscosity at 30°C of 10 to 1,000,000 Pa·s, the reactive compound (B) is at least one reactive compound selected from the group consisting of blocked isocyanates, tertiary amines, tertiary amine salts, quaternary ammonium salts, quaternary phosphonium salts, and phosphine compounds, and the weight ratio of the polyester resin (A) to the reactive compound (B) [(A)/(B)] in the fiber sizing agent composition is 99.9/0.1 to 10/90.

It is an object to improve the anti-fraying properties of rubber-reinforcing cords without significant reduction in productivity. The present invention provides a water-based treatment agent for forming a rubber-reinforcing cord having a coating. The water-based treatment agent includes a rubber latex, a crosslinking agent, and a filler. A content of the crosslinking agent is 50 parts by mass or more and 150 parts by mass or less per 100 parts by mass of solids contained in the rubber latex, and a content of the filler is more than 50 parts by mass and 80 parts by mass or less per 100 parts by mass of the solids contained in the rubber latex.
