    摘要: La présente invention concerne un procédé et dispositif de séchage des boues caractérisé en ce que le procédé de séchage des boues comporte:
    - une étape de mise en pression à une pression déterminée d'une enceinte (1) étanche au moins par injection de vapeur d'eau saturante et de maintien de cette pression pendant un temps déterminé;
    - une étape de chargement des boues à l'intérieur d'une cuve (7) éloignée des parois de l'enceinte (1) avec des moyens de chargement (81) assurant le maintien en pression;
    - une étape d'injection de vapeur surchauffée dans la boue (5) par l'intermédiaire d'un mélangeur (3) en action proche de la paroi de la cuve (7) la plus éloignée par rapport à la source des micro-ondes (22) comportant des moyens (33) d'injections;
    - une étape de chauffage au coeur de la boue (5) par émission de micro-ondes (23) dans des fréquences comprises entre 400 et 2450 MHz en direction de la cuve (7), cette étape étant réalisée en mélangeant la boue (5);
    - une étape d'évacuation des eaux recueillies par condensation et ruissellement sur les parois de l'enceinte vers le fond de l'enceinte (1) par l'intermédiaire d'une vanne (6) communiquant avec l'extérieur.

    摘要: The vacuum contact drying takes place in a device with a horizontally-arranged heated cylinder (1), a stirrer circulating with a very small wall separation, a blade (4) arranged on the stirrer and optionally an injection line (6), also arranged on the stirrer, for the introduction of liquid, gaseous, or vaporized media. According to the invention, the drying may be controlled whereby the value for the product temperature, the vacuum and the instantaneous evaporation power are continuously measured and regulated on the basis of the measured values.

    摘要: Annular drying element (15) for mounting on a rotor axle in a drying apparatus, and where the drying element comprises at least two annular plate elements, a first (16') and a second plate element (16'), where at least the first plate element (16') is configured with a number of through-going openings (25) in the plate. The plate element with said openings (25) is lying opposite the non-broken through surface (51) of the adjacent plate element, and the plate elements are connected to one other by welding (52) along the edge (53) of the openings, and the non-broken through surface (51) lying in the bottom of an opening (25) is perced to provide through-going holes (54) through the annular plate element, extending from the one side to the other side of the drying element (15). There is hereby achieved an annular drying element, in that the substantially identical drying elements are assembled against each other by being welded together at the periphery and along the inner circumference, whereby a pressure-tight assembly is achieved. Moreover, welding is carried out along the whole periphery of the openings, so that this welding fastens partly agains the edge of the opening in the first plate and partly against the adjacent non-broken surface of the opposite plate element. There is hereby achieved a pressure-tight element, and where it is subsequently possible to carry out piercings corresponding to the earlier openings, insasmuch as here a piercing shall thus be carried out only through a single plate.

    摘要: An object is to provide a heating tank capable of highly efficiently heating a target to be heated and having high safety and reliability, and a hot water storage tank. The heating tank in which the target to be heated is stored and which heats the target to be heated by a circulated refrigerant of a heat pump, for example, the hot water storage tank which is heated by the circulated refrigerant of the heat pump to produce hot water in the tank includes a heat exchanger in which a wall surface of a tank main body is partially secured to peripheral edge portions and inner portions of two metal plates and in which non-secured portions swell to constitute a refrigerant passage closed except an inlet and an outlet. A thickness dimension of one metal plate is set to be larger than that of the other metal plate, and the one metal plate is arranged on the inner side of the other metal plate.
