摘要: The present invention provides a thin film solar cell panel and a manufacturing method thereof. The thin film solar cell panel comprises a substrate (10), a first electrode (20) disposed on the substrate (10), a photoelectric conversion layer (30) disposed on the first electrode (20), a second electrode (40) disposed on a photoelectric conversion layer (30) and a gate electrode (50) on the second electrode (40). The substrate (10) is an ultra-thin glass substrate with a thickness of 0.1-1mm. The ultra-thin glass substrate has a bending capacity, and a minimum bending radius thereof reaches below 10cm. The first electrode (20) is continuously disposed on the substrate (10) during its formation. Light transmittance of the thin film solar cell panel of the present invention is enhanced, and the thin film solar cell panel can be conveniently used to manufacture a bending solar cell component. Furthermore, in the present invention, the manufacturing method of the bendable thin film solar cell panel is improved so as to avoid increase of additional costs, and to greatly increase general applicability of related equipment and the manufacturing process method of the present invention onto various bendable thin film solar cell panels.

摘要: An object is to provide an electronic device driven by a solar cell having improved transparency by extremely narrowing photocells. According to the invention, in an electronic device having a solar cell and a unit driven by a power generated by the solar cell, the solar cell 10 including a transparent substrate 12; a plurality of conductive portions 14a to 14d provided around the transparent substrate 12 and connected in series; and a plurality of photocells 18, each having a thin-line shape, formed at proper intervals on the transparent substrate 12 and connected to the conductive portions 14a to 14d. By forming a transparent electrode film 80 on the transparent substrate 12 and by connecting the transparent electrode film 80 to the ground, an adverse influence of static electricity can be prevented.
