摘要: The present invention provides methods and system for expanding a heated and pressurized stream comprising recycled CO2 across at least one turbine so as to generate power and output from the at least one turbine a turbine discharge stream comprising CO2; treating the turbine discharge stream comprising CO2 to form the recycled CO2; compressing the recycled CO2; and heating the compressed, recycled CO2 using at least two different sources of heat prior to passing the recycled CO2 into a combustor.

摘要: Systems and methods are provided for combined cycle power generation while reducing or mitigating emissions during power generation. Recycled exhaust gas from a power generation combustion reaction can be separated using a swing adsorption process so as to generate a high purity CO2 stream while reducing/minimizing the energy required for the separation and without having to reduce the temperature of the exhaust gas. This can allow for improved energy recovery while also generating high purity streams of carbon dioxide and nitrogen.

摘要: The present invention provides methods and system for power generation using a high efficiency combustor (220) in combination with a CO 2 circulating fluid (236). The methods and systems advantageously can make use of a low pressure ratio power turbine (320) and an economizer heat exchanger (420) and additional low grade heat from an external source (Q) can be used to provide part of an amount of heat needed for heating the recycle CO 2 circulating fluid. Fuel derived CO 2 can be captured and delivered at pipeline pressure while other impurities can be captured.
