The invention relates to 2-(2-pyridyl)-5-phenyl-6-aminopyrimidines of formula I, wherein the substitutes and the index have the following meaning: R1 represents halogen, hydroxy, hyano, hxo, nitro, amino, mercapto, alkyl, halogenalkyl, alkenyl, alkinyl, cycloalkyl, alkoxy, halogenalkoxy, carboxyl, alkoxycarbonyl, carbamoyl, alkylaminocarbonyl, dialkylamincarbonyl, morpholinocarbonyl, pyrrolidinocarbonyl, alkylcarbonylamino, alkylamino, dialkylamino, alkylthio, alkylsulfinyl, alkylsulfonyl, hydroxysulfonyl, aminosulfonyl, alkylaminosulfonyl, dialkylaminosulfonyl; m = 0 or 1 - 4; R2 represents hydrogen, halogen, cyano, alkyl, halogenalkyl or alkoxy; R3, R4 represents hydrogen, alkyl, halogenalkyl, cycloalkyl, halogencycloalkyl, alkenyl, halogenalkenyl, cycloalkenyl, alkinyl, halogenalkinyl or cycloalkinyl, R3 and R4 together with the nitrogen atom to which they are connected, form a five or six-membered ring which is interrupted by an atom from the group O, N or S and/or can be substituted according to the description; R5 represents halogen, alkyl or halogenalkyl; R6 represents hydrogen or one of the known groups in R5; R7, R8 represent hydrogen, halogen, alkyl or halogenalkyl; R9 represents hydrogen, halogen, hydroxy, cyano, alkyl, alkoxy, cycloalkoxy, halogenalkoxy, alkoxycarbonyl or alkylaminocarbonyl. Fungicidal mixtures comprising as active components 1) azolopyrimidinylamines of the formula I in which the substituents are defined as in the description and 2) at least one active compound II selected from the following groups: azoles, strobilurins, carboxamides, heterocylic compounds, carbamates and other active compounds, selected from guanidines, antibiotics, sulphur-containing heterocyclyl compounds, organophosphorus compounds, organochlorine compounds, inorganic active compounds, growth retardants and cyflufenamid, cymoxanil, dimethirimol, ethirimol, furalaxyl, metrafenone and spiroxamine; in a synergistically effective amount. Methods of controlling fungal pathogens using mixtures of the compound I with active compounds II, and the use of the compound I with active compounds II for producing such mixtures, and also compositions comprising these mixtures.

The invention relates to a fungicidally active agent containing at least one other defined fungicide in addition to the fungicide N-[2-(1,3-dimethylbutyl)-3-thienyl]-1-methyl-3-(trifluormethyl)-1H-pyrazol-4- carboxamide (penthiopyrad). The invention also relates to a method for controlling pathogenic fungi using one such agent, and to the use of said agent for controlling pathogenic fungi.

The invention relates to an anhydrous formulation comprising: a) a first pesticide in a dissolved form, b) a second pesticide in the form of suspended particles, c) an alkyl lactate, and d) an alcohol. The invention also relates to a method for controlling phytopathogenic fungi and/or unwanted plant growth and/or unwanted insect or acaride infestations, and/or for regulating the growth of plants. Said formulation is left to act on the respective pests, on the habitat thereof, or on the plants to be protected from the respective pests, on the ground and/or on unwanted plants and/or the useful plants and/or the habitat thereof. The invention also relates to the use of the formulation for increasing the resistance to rain of the applied pesticides.
