摘要:
The invention relates to an absorbent comprising a zeolite phase and a non-zeolite phase, said absorbent having: an external surface area less than or equal to 30 m 2 .g -1 , preferably less than or equal to 20 m 2 .g -1 , a zeolite phase comprising at least one X zeolite with FAU structure, and a pore diameter distribution, as determined by mercury intrusion according to the standard ASTM D4284-83 and expressed by the volume distribution dV/dlogDHg, where DHg is the apparent diameter of the pores, and V, the porous volume, the mode of which lies between 100 nm and 250 nm, terminals included. The invention also relates to a method for preparation of said absorbent and uses thereof, in particular for the separation of xylene isomers.

The invention relates to agglomerated zeolitic adsorbents based on faujasite X zeolite powder having a low silica content and small crystals, said zeolite being exchanged with barium, or based on faujasite X zeolite having a low silica content and small crystals, this zeolite being exchanged both with barium and potassium. The invention also relates to the method of preparing said agglomerated zeolitic adsorbents and to the uses thereof in the separation of sugars, polyhydric alcohols, substituted-toluene isomers and cresols or in the recovery of very-pure paraxylene.
摘要:
The present invention relates to agglomerated zeolitic adsorbents based on X zeolite and LSX zeolite powders. These adsorbents are particularly well suited for the separation of C 8 aromatic isomers and especially xylenes, for the separation of sugars, for the separation of polyhydric alcohols, for the separation of substituted-toluene isomers, such as nitrotoluene, diethyltoluene and toluenediamine, for the separation of cresols and for the separation of dichlorobenzenes.
摘要:
The invention relates to a method for separating xylenes by means of a simulated mobile bed using an agglomerated zeolitic adsorbent solid, preferably based on faujasite zeolite with a Si/Al ratio of between 1 and 6, said solid being used in the form of particles having a diameter of between 150 μm et 500 μm.
摘要:
The present invention concerns zeolite adsorbents made from agglomerated EMT zeolite crystals comprising barium and/or potassium. These adsorbents can be applied in the separation of C8 aromatic isomer fractions and in particular xylenes, in the separation of substituted toluene isomers such as nitrotoluene, diethyltoluene and toluenediamine, and in the separation of cresols, and polyhydric alcohols, such as sugars.
摘要:
The present invention relates to zeolitic adsorbents based on agglomerated crystals of FAU zeolite comprising barium and/or potassium, with a large external surface area, combining optimum properties in terms of selectivity and mechanical strength. These adsorbents find applications in the separation of fractions of C8-aromatic isomers and in particular of xylenes, in the separation of isomers of substituted toluene such as nitrotoluene, diethyltoluene or toluenediamine, and in the separation of cresols, and polyhydric alcohols, such as sugars.
摘要:
The present invention relates to a zeolitic granular material having a connected zeolitic structure across the entire volume thereof, having high mechanical resistance to crushing in the bed, and optimised material transfer in the macro-mesopores. The invention also relates to the method for preparing said zeolitic granular material, as well as to the use thereof as an adsorbent material in co-current or counter-current liquid phase separation methods, typically in a simulated mobile bed.

The present invention relates to zeolitic adsorbents based on small agglomerated crystals of zeolite X comprising barium, combining optimum properties in terms of selectivity and of mechanical strength. These adsorbents have applications in the separation of fractions of aromatic C 8 isomers and in particular xylenes, in the separation of substituted toluene isomers, such as nitrotoluene, diethyltoluene or toluenediamine, in the separation of cresols, and in the separation of polyhydric alcohols, such as sugars.
