One end of the first rigid element (105') is connected to, or formed by a knuckle-piece (36'), which is inserted between a pair of knuckles (102a', 102b') which together constitute the second rigid element (101'), with a pin (109') passing through the set of knuckles. A nut (110'), disposed between a female hinge (102b') of the second rigid element (101') and the pin (109'), defines a peripheral surface which serves as a cam surface, against which at least one portion (108a', 108b') of the elastic elements is adjusted.
