    摘要: Disclosed are continuous methods for producing water-soluble receptacles, comprising the following steps: (a) a water-soluble film material is deep drawn in a molding station so as to form receiving chambers; (b) the formed receiving chamber is filled in a filling station with a filling material selected among the group comprising detergents, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, body care products, auxiliary agricultural substances, adhesives, surface-treating agents, construction materials, dyes, or food; and (c) the filled receiving chambers are finished to the final product in at least one additional finishing station. The inventive methods are characterized in that the receiving chambers formed in step (a) are conveyed using a support plate in the course of the process, said support plate being provided with an aperture for each receiving chamber such that the receiving chamber extends freely through the support plate via the aperture. Said methods are characterized by a great flexibility regarding the three-dimensional shape of the produced packagings. In particular, said three-dimensional shape can be modified immediately in a simple and inexpensive manner.

    摘要: Disclosed are methods for producing a substance with a water-soluble packaging. Said methods comprise the following steps: a) a water-soluble material is deformed so as to embody a container; b) said container is filled with a filling material selected among the group comprising detergents, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, body care products, auxiliary agricultural agents, adhesives, surface-treating agents, construction materials, dyes, or food items; c) a water-soluble film web is applied to the filled container; d) the filled container is sealed; and e) the sealed and filled container is finished. The inventive methods are characterized in that a negative pressure is generated in the filled container in the course of the process. In order to generate said negative pressure, the air located between the filling material and the water-soluble film web applied in step c) escapes at least in part through openings in the water-soluble film web applied in step c). The inventive methods make it possible to produce compact dosing units that have a reduced volume while being provided with improved optical and haptic properties.
