Abstract:
The invention relates to a container for adding detergent molded bodies to the washing drums of washing machines, comprising a substantially globular detergent molded body (2), and a substantially globular container (1), having a first hemispherical container tray (3), and a second hemispherical container tray (4), wherein the first container tray (3) and the second container tray (4) in the assembled state form a receiving chamber (5) in which the detergent molded body (2) is positioned. The container trays (3, 4) are formed by a plurality of abutting individual bodies (6), wherein each individual body (6) is in contact with at least four of the individual bodies surrounding the same, and intermediate spaces (7) are formed between the individual bodies (6) by the geometry of the individual bodies (6) and/or the positions thereof in relation to each other, wherein the intermediate spaces allow an exchange of washing water between the receiving chamber (5) and the surrounding area of the container (1) and the walls of the container trays (3, 4) shaped in this way are flexible.
Abstract:

The invention further relates to the use of a combination of (a) 0.1 to less than 5% by weight of a fatty acid and/or of a fatty acid salt, and (b) 0.01 to less than 0.5% by weight of a (meth)acrylic acid (co)polymer for the stabilization of a liquid washing or cleaning agent which contains surfactants, a silicone compound, and other typical substances of washing or cleaning agents.
Abstract:
Granulated bleached catalysts comprising, based on the total weight of the granulated material, a) from 0.1 to 30% by weight of a bleached catalyst, b) from 10 to 99% by weight of a support material, c) from 0.1 to 5% by weight of a binder selected from the group consisting of organic polymers have improved producability, processability and increased bleach-activating action.
Abstract:
A composition for coating metal surfaces based on crosslinking polyester resins as an organic constituent, which, based on its total mass, contains from 4 to 20% by weight of aluminum flakes and not more than 0.1% by weight of compounds containing isocyanate groups. The composition preferably comprises, as an organic binder, at least one hydroxylated polyester resin, preferably having a mean molar mass in the range from 2000 to 15 000, and a crosslinking component for the hydroxylated polyester resin and an acidic crosslinking catalyst. A process for applying the composition to metal ribbons in a belt process is likewise claimed. The layer application is adjusted within the range from 3 to 30 μm according to the end use, for which double coating may be advantageous. For example, the composition may serve as a “galvanization replacement”.
Abstract:
Composition curable by polymerization and intended for coating metallic materials, comprising: a) at least one metal compound which before and/or in the course of curing of the composition reacts by polymerization with at least one of components b), c) and, if present, d), so that the metal is incorporated into the cured composition, the metal being selected from silicon, titanium, zirconium, manganese, zinc, vanadium, molybdenum and tungsten; b) additionally at least one monomer or oligomer that contains at least one carboxyl group or ester group and at least one olefinic double bond and that does not have a polyether chain composed of at least five ethylene oxide and/or propylene oxide units; c) at least one compound which contains not only a polyether chain composed of at least five ethylene oxide and/or propylene oxide units but also at least one carboxyl group or ester group having at least one polymerizable double bond. The composition preferably further comprises: d) at least one initiator for free-radical and/or cationic polymerization and/or e) an active biocidal compound. The invention further encompasses a method of coating strip metal with the corresponding composition, and also a coated metal strip or metal sheet divided therefrom that has a coating of the composition of the invention.
Abstract:
The invention relates to aqueous washing and cleaning agents that comprise, in addition to other components, capsules, said capsules including an active ingredient in a matrix. The solubility behavior of the capsules in a washing process is improved by introducing a combination of aluminum silicate and silicic acid into the matrix.
Abstract:
Abstract:
Conventional, perfumed consumer products, such as e.g. washing powders, have a uniform odor throughout the entire product, which remains substantially the same during application. The invention relates to odorized consumer products which are capable of developing different odor patterns that can be separately detected. The leading edge concept of consumer products having odor dynamics allows the consumer to experience, using one and the same product, different odors during a single application, e.g. during manual dishwashing, thereby completely breaking the limited range and monotony of odors associated with conventional, perfumed consumer products.
Abstract:
This invention relates to proteases with improved application properties in cleaners and detergents. The improvements are achieved by substituting positively charged or uncharged amion acids in the substrate binding region of the wild type subtilisin protease. In particular, the present invention relates to a mutant subtilisin protease, characterized by at least one amino acid alteration which results in a reduced positive charge or an increased negative charge in the region of the substrate binding pocket, wherein said amino acid alteration is R99E,R99G,R99A or R99S.
