The restricting member (39) restricts axial movement of the drive shaft (16) and divides the holding space (40) into a first region (B) and a second region (A). A clearance (Δ) is formed between the restricting member (39) and the valve plate assembly (14). The clearance (Δ) disappears when the pressure of the crank chamber (15) is increased rapidly.
