The method according to the invention is characterised in that in a final fluidisation region (15) of an individual turbulence-generating channel (8; 8.1-8.n; 8.11-8.nn) a pressure loss (∆p) of ≥ 50 mbar is generated within the fibrous material suspension (FS) before inlet (14) thereof into the nozzle (9), and the fibrous material suspension (FS) is guided from said final fluidisation region (15) as far as the contact line (21) in such a way that the dwell time (TV) of the suspension in the region defined by said final fluidisation region (15) as far as the contact line (21) ranges from > 30 ms to ≤ 300 ms.
