摘要: An electric power distribution device sets a first threshold and a second threshold for a threshold temperature of main wires, and sets a third threshold and a fourth threshold for a threshold temperature of branch wires. In the case where a temperature of each of the main wires reaches the first threshold, all of branch wire switches provided in a branch wire distributor are shut off. Thereafter, in the case where the temperature of the main wire reaches the second threshold, each of the main wire switches, which is provided a main wire distributor, is shut off. In the case where a temperature of a certain branch wire reaches the third threshold, the corresponding branch wire switch is subjected to PWM control. 摘要: A vehicular power source controller (1) is designed so that when there is abnormal action in a microprocessor (11) and an abnormal fuse state cannot be determined from the current of a load (5) detected by a current sensor circuit (15), power supply to the load (5) cannot be turned on and off by the operation of a combination switch (3) corresponding to the load (5), but can be turned on and off by the operation of an ignition switch (7). It is thereby possible to prevent continuing power supply to the load (5) when the combination switch (3) is turned on during the abnormal action of the microprocessor (11), and battery exhaustion can be suppressed. Power supply to the load (5) cannot be turned on and off by the operation of the combination switch (3) during the abnormal action of the microprocessor (11), and an operator is easily made aware of the abnormal action of the microprocessor (11).

摘要: There is provided a protection apparatus for a load circuit, capable of protecting the load circuit by simulating a fuse. A pseudo heat capacity Cth* smaller than a heat capacity of an electric wire used in the load circuit is set, and a temperature of the electric wire is calculated with reference to an arithmetic expression of heat generation amount of the electric wire, an arithmetic expression of heat radiation amount of the electric wire, a time counted by the count unit, and the pseudo heat capacity Cth*. Then, a semiconductor relay S1 is interrupted when the calculated temperature of the electric wire reaches an allowable temperature of the electric wire to protect the load circuit from heat generation.
