Für die Herstellung einer Druckschablone ist ein feinmaschiges Sieb, mit einer unbelichteten Photoemulsionsschicht versehen. Auf diesem sind diejenigen Stellen, die nicht zu belichten sind, musterbedingt mit einer lichtundurchlässigen Schicht abgedeckt. Die Schicht wird nach der Belichtung der nicht abgedeckten Stellen entfernt. Als Material für die lichtundurchlässige Schicht ist Wachs verwendet. Zur Vermeidung einer erkennbaren Anfangslinie bei einem rohrförmigen Sieb wird der Musteranfang gesetzmässig variiert, um eine markante Trennlinie zu vermeiden.Als gesetzmässige Variation ist eine Sinuslinie folgt. Damit kann erreicht werden, dass durch die Wachsschicht eine lichtundurchlässige und gleichmässig aufgetragenen Abdeckung erhalten wird.

The heatsensitive stencil sheet perforating device of this invention comprises a pedestal (1) for an original being mounted thereon; a pressing body (2) attached pivotaly on one end of the pedestal (1) for supporting a heatsensitive stencil sheet on an area corresponding to the original mounted on the pedestal (1); a light irradiation device (3) attached detachably to the pressing body (2) in a defined state, including a light source (13) for irradiating the heatsensitive stencil sheet; a power supply device (15) installed inside of the pressing body (2), for supplying electric energy to emit light from the light source (13); a first contact member (14) attached to the light irradiation device (3), connected to the light source (13); a second contact member (18) attached to the pressing member (2), connected to the power source (16) of the power supply device (15), so as to come into contact with the first contact member (14) when the light irradiation device (3) is engaged in the pressing body (2) in a defined state; and a support member (20) attached to the pressing body (2), for supporting the light irradiation device (3) by receiving a part of the light irradiation device (3) not to bring the first contact member (14) into contact with the second contact member (19), when the light irradiation device (3) is attached to the pressing body (2) not in the defined state.

Provided is a flash bulb type thermal copying device which allows divided exposure to be carried out in a simple but highly efficient manner. The thermal copying device comprises an exposure unit (10) having a light radiating window (22), and a flash light source (24) for radiating flash light upon the light radiating window (22), a planar holder (50), detachably mounted on the exposure unit (10), carrying an assembly of an original and a heat sensitive recording medium placed one over the other in an intimate thermal contact, and moveable across the light radiating window (22) with a light transmitting region provided on one side thereof aligned with the light radiating window (22), and a feed drive device (30) and (86) for moving the holder (50) and the exposure unit (10) relative to each other across the light radiating window (22). The holder can also be used as a stencil printing device to increases its acceptability for home use.
