摘要: A medical pump apparatus including an internally sterile pumping chamber having a flexible diaphragm forming a wall portion and a drive rod extending through the diaphragm in a rotating vane disposed within the pumping chamber. A motor rotates a revolving hook which engages the drive rod to drive the vane within the pumping unit. The pumping chamber is isolated from the motor by the fluidtight attachment of the drive rod through the flexible diaphragm. Fluid is pumped into the inlet of pumping chamber through the hollow shaft of the vane and out through a fluid conduit of the vane, subsequently out the outlet of the pumping chamber.

摘要: Disclosed is a blood pump for circulating blood by a rotor rotating in a space of a casing which is formed substantially in a flat shape and has a suction port and a discharge port, comprising: a conical projecting portion provided at the central portion of the rotor; and a blade body formed continuously to the vicinity of the outer periphery of the base portion of the projecting portion, in which upper side recessed passages and lower side passages alternately and radially formed; wherein base portions of the upper side recessed passages and the lower side passages are inter-connected to each other by communicating passages. With this blood pump, the passages for blood are formed at either of the upper and lower gaps between the rotor and the casing, so that blood is transferred to the outer peripheral portion, thus preventing the solidification of the blood due to the stagnation thereof.

摘要: A liquid pump apparatus according to the present invention comprises a housing (2, 71) forming a cylindrical liquid chamber (23), an inlet (21) formed at an upper central portion of the housing and communicating with a liquid source and the liquid chamber (23), an outlet (22) formed in a peripheral portion of the housing and communicating with the liquid chamber (23), a rotator (3, 51, 72) arranged in the liquid chamber (23) and having an upper cover (31) and a shroud (33, 53, 73), a projection formed at an upper central portion of the shroud (33, 53, 73) and located immediately below the inlet (21), a plurality of liquid paths (34, 54, 74) radially formed between the upper cover (31) and the shroud (33, 53, 73) to uniformly distribute blood from a central portion of the rotator (3, 51, 72) to a peripheral portion thereof, ball bearing (42, 78) rotatably supporting the rotator (3, 51, 72) with respect to the housing (2, 71), and motor (6) for applying a rotational force to the rotator, wherein each of the plurality of liquid paths (34, 54, 74) is formed so that the cross-sectional area thereof is substantially uniform or reduced.

A liquid separation reduction structure that reduces separation of liquid flowing in the pump channel is provided in the pump channel.
