摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a fiber structure for use in mattresses for bedding, a bedspread and other bedding articles, seats for various types of vehicles, furniture cushions, and the like, wherein the fiber structure exhibits excellent comfortable feeling performance, and a method for producing the same. The problems can be solved by a fiber structure including crimped staple fibers and heat-bonding conjugate staple fibers mixed in a specific weight ratio, the heat-bonding conjugate staple fibers having, as a heat-bonding component disposed on the surface thereof, a thermoplastic resin having a melting point lower by 40°C or more than that of a thermoplastic resin constituting the crimped staple fibers, the fiber structure having scattered fixing points in which the heat-bonding conjugate staple fibers are heat-fused and intersect together and/or scattered fixing points in which the heat-bonding conjugate staple fibers and the crimped staple fibers are heat-fused and intersect together, the fiber structure having a specified thickness and density and having a laminated structure of three or more layers, wherein the hardness ratio between an intermediate layer portion and a surface layer portion defined when the fiber structure is equally divided into three portions is 0.60 or more.

摘要: Provided is a water-disintegrable sheet obtained by impregnating a base sheet with an aqueous chemical agent, wherein the base sheet has a per-unit area weight of 30-150 gsm and contains a water-soluble binder and cellulose nanofibers, the aqueous chemical agent contains a cross-linker for cross-linking with the water-soluble binder, the base sheet is in the state where the contained amount of the water-soluble binder and the cellulose nanofibers gradually increases from the inside to the outside of the base sheet in the thickness direction, and when the abrasion resistance test is carried out three times each in the MD direction and the CD direction by an oscillation-type rubbing fastness tester in which a PP band is used as an oscillator, calculation of the average of three measurements for each direction results in an average value of not less than 40 times for each direction. Thus, the resistance to breakage under intense abrasion is improved while water-disintegrating ability is ensured.

摘要: The present invention addresses the problem of providing a filter medium that has a high dust capturing efficiency and a low pressure loss. The present invention is a filter medium that contains electrostatically-spun ultrathin fibers and that is characterized in that the ultrathin fibers contain multiple ester bonds in a molecule thereof. It is preferable that the average fiber diameter of the ultrathin fibers fall within a range of 10-5000 nm, and that the ultrathin fibers are formed of polylactic acid, polyethylene terephthalate, polymethyl methacrylate or polycarbonate. In addition, provided is a method for manufacturing a filter-medium fibrous structure, the method including a step for preparing a spinning solution in which a resin that contains multiple ester bonds in a molecule thereof is dispersed or dissolved in a solvent, and a step for obtaining a fibrous structure containing the ultrathin fibers by performing electrostatic spinning by using said spinning solution.

摘要: The present invention relates to a nonwoven fabric comprising a plurality of polylactic acid-containing fibers that form a nonwoven web, wherein the web has a side which is provided with an alternating pattern of individualized bonded areas which bonded areas are in the form of rods which are arranged in the cross direction of the web, the alternating pattern of individualized bonded areas defines a non-bonded area, the web has a basis weight on the range of from 5-50 g/m 2 , the surface of the bonded areas is in the range of 5-20 % of the total surface of the side, and the surface of the non-bonded area is in the range of 80-95 % of the total surface of the side. The invention also relates to processes for forming the nonwoven fabric; an absorbent article comprising the nonwoven fabric; and the use of the nonwoven fabric in an absorbent article.
