摘要： The invention concerns a clip binder for unperforated sheets of paper, the clip binder having a back plate (10) and a clip (16) which is substantially U-shaped in cross-section and which can be moved within limits at right angles to one edge (14) of the back plate (10). The clip (16) has two spring plates (20, 22) which are joined integrally with each other along a join line (18) and which can be bent to spread apart elastically about an axis parallel to the join line (18). When this is done, the rear spring plate (20) presses against the back of the back plate (10). Extending along the edge (32) of the front spring plate (22) remote from the join line (18) is a beading (24), designed to be slid over the sheets of paper (26), which projects inwards towards the inside of the clip and which is delimited at its far edge (32) by an inclined surface (34). In order to be able to slide the clip (16) directly over the sheets of paper without damaging them, the surface (34) of the beading (24) which slides over the paper is undulating in shape along its length.

摘要： An embodiment of the present invention provides a non-slip assembly for a clip device, capable of securely holding documents and having various conveniences in use.
