The present invention discloses an improved device for reinforcing mixed gas turbulent flow, saving energy and reducing emission of fuel oil engines. A spring-type device (2) and a propeller-type device (3), both used for further enhancing the degree of mixed atomization of the mixed gas, are provided in a mixed gas channel of an engine carburetor (2) and a choke (7). The spring-type device and propeller-type device are used for enhancing the degree of mixed atomization of the mixed gas, so that fuel is combusted more timely and sufficiently, thereby achieving the purposes of reinforcement, energy saving and emission reduction.

It is intended to provide an air-fuel ratio control device for a carburetor, which is capable of variably inject fuel by opening and closing a choke valve in accordance with an opening degree of a throttle valve and the load and which is capable of achieving low cost, clean emission and fuel saving by attaining a desired air-fuel ratio in an entire operational range (rotation speed, load) of the internal combustion engine. The air-fuel ratio control device is provided with, but not limited to, a choke valve 6 arranged in an intake path of an internal combustion engine 1, a throttle valve 7 arranged in the intake path on a downstream side of the choke valve, a first stepper motor 8 driving the choke valve 6 to adjust an opening degree of the choke valve 6, a second stepper motor 9 driving the throttle valve 7 to adjust an opening degree of the throttle valve 7, and a controller 12 controlling the opening degree of the choke valve 6 in accordance with a change of a rotation speed of the internal combustion engine 1 based on the opening degree of the throttle valve 7, and, when the rotation speed of the internal combustion engine 1 is constant, controls the opening degree of the choke valve 6 based on a map which determines the opening degree of the choke valve 6 from load of the internal combustion engine 1, so as to achieve a desired air-fuel ratio.

Control apparatus, typically for carburettors, which comprises an actuator device (20) having a permanent magnet armature and a pair of coils surrounding the permanent magnet, and a microprocessor (18) responsive to certain parameter-sensed variables including pressure (12), temperature (14), throttle conditions (16) and oxygen content (10) in order that these variously sensed parameters can be com- municatedtothe microprocessor wherein there is transduced by algorithm either a digital signal or an analog signal. The digital or analog signal is then fed to the actuator device in the form of a demand signal for currentflowto the armature coils. The coils upon energisation mechanically displace the arma- tureto effect mechanical transducing ofthe electrical signal to control an actuator rod effecting orifice control. The armature thus effectively controls the orifice size, which in turn determines fuel/air ratio for an internal combustion engine, in conjunction with a carburettor function. Fuel-air control creates operating conditions which in turn are re-sensed by the sensors, the sensors in turn repeating their operation so that there is provided a closed loop servo system either by digital oranalog signals.

Zur Schmierung des Kurbelgehäuseinnenraums (6) weist der Viertaktmotor (1) eine Strömungsverbindung auf, die den Ansaugkanal (21) mit einer stromab der Gemischbildungseinrichtung (17) in den Ansaugkanal (21) mündenden Verbindungsöffnung (11) mit dem Kurbelgehäuseinnenraum (6) verbindet. Die der Kraftstofföffnung (18) zugeführte Kraftstoffmenge ist von einem Kraftstoffventil (19) gesteuert. Der Viertaktmotor (1) weist eine Steuerung (20) auf, die dazu ausgebildet ist, das Kraftstoffventil (19) in Abhängigkeit der Stellung der Kurbelwelle (7) derart anzusteuern, dass das Kraftstoffventil (19) zumindest auch während eines Teils des Kompressionstakts (13) des Viertaktmotors (1) geöffnet ist. Ein Verfahren zum Betrieb des Viertaktmotors (1) sieht vor, dass das Kraftstoffventil (19) in Abhängigkeit der Stellung der Kurbelwelle (7) derart angesteuert wird, dass das Kraftstoffventil (19) zumindest auch während eines Teils eines Kompressionstakts (13) des Viertaktmotors (1) geöffnet ist.
