    Abstract: A link actuation apparatus includes: a parallel link mechanism (10) including a proximal-side link hub (12), a distal-side link hub (13), and three or more link mechanisms (14) each coupling the distal-side link hub (13) to the proximal-side link hub (12) such that a posture of the distal-side link hub (13) can be changed relative to the proximal-side link hub (12); posture control drive sources (11); and a control device (2). The control device (2) includes an abnormality detector (4) including: a measurement section (5) configured to measure a predetermined state value which is affected by abnormality in revolute pair parts of a link actuation apparatus body (1) constituted by the parallel link mechanism (10) and the posture control drive sources (11); and a determination section (6) configured to determine if any of the revolute pair parts has abnormality in on the basis of a measurement result obtained by the measurement section (5). For example, the measurement section (5) measures rigidity, or driving torque or the like.

    Abstract: In a bearing assembly including a rolling bearing (3) of which a bearing ring (5) is fitted to the mating member, i.e., a shaft (1) or a housing (2), with a clearance fit, creep of the bearing ring (5) is reduced effectively. Of the bearing ring (5) and the mating member (2), the bearing ring (5) has a flank face (5c) that separates a fitting surface (5b) of the bearing ring across the entire width thereof. The flank face (5c) defines a radial gap (g) between the bearing ring (5) and the housing (2). In a load receiving region where the radial gap (g) remains, a portion of the bearing ring which is deformed in a wave-shaped pattern is kept out of contact with the fitting surface (2a) of the housing (2). The wave-shaped deformation of the bearing ring (5) does not act as traveling waves that cause creep of the bearing ring (5).

    Abstract: To provide a seal ring capable of suppressing wear of a mating housing and preventing protrusion from an annular groove and thereby being superior in low leak performance, which is an original object of the seal ring. A seal ring 1 formed of resin is attached to an annular groove 12 formed on an outer periphery of a butterfly valve 11 having a substantially disc shape so as to seal an annular gap 14 between the butterfly valve 11 and a housing 13 in which the valve is housed. A part of the seal ring 1 is protruded from the annular groove 12, so that the seal ring 1 adheres to the housing 13 to seal the annular gap 14 due to pressure from sealed fluid. A radial direction thickness t of the ring is set in a range of 7-11% of a ring outer diameter in a free state. A ring inner diameter in a state in which the diameter is enlarged due to pressure from the sealed fluid when the valve is opened, is smaller than an outer diameter r of the valve.
