Puis, par pénétration d'un deuxième outil (42) suivant l'axe de référence (1) et dans le sens de pénétration (A), la plaque (37) est perforée pour former un alésage final (24) ayant une enveloppe géométrique arrière (43) située, en projection sur un plan perpendiculaire à l'axe de référence (1), radialement à l'intérieur de l'enveloppe géométrique avant (41) et à l'extérieur de l'enveloppe géométrique d'ébauche (39).

The rotary member is press-fitted to the bearing and the bearing is fitted to the stationary member. One or more grooves through which oil passes are formed on a surface of the bearing that faces the stationary member in a radial direction or on a surface of the stationary member that faces the bearing in the radial direction. The groove extends in an axial direction and in a circumferential direction about the axis, and is open on at least one side out of both sides of the bearing in the axial direction.

摘要: Schneckengetriebe umfassend eine Schneckenstufe (2) und eine Stirnradstufe (4) in einem Getriebegehäuse, wobei die Schneckenstufe (2) eine Schneckenwelle (20) mit zwei gegensinnigen Schneckenverzahnungen (23, 24) und mindestens zwei quer angeordnete Zwischenwellen (31, 32) aufweist. Die Stirnradstufe umfasst jeweils ein Ritzel (41, 42) auf den Zwischenwellen und ein gemeinsames Abtriebszahnrad (43), mit dem die Ritzel kämmen. Die Schneckenwelle hat an ihrem einen, antriebsnahen Ende eine Ankopplung (85) für eine Treibwelle (50). Erfindungsgemäß ist die Ankopplung als Schiebekupplung (8) ausgeführt, um die Treibwelle drehfest aber axial verschieblich aufzunehmen. Die Schneckenwelle ist lediglich einseitig im Getriebegehäuse (10) gelagert, mittels eines Lagers (6) am antriebsfernen Ende. Das antriebsseitige Ende der Schneckenwelle ist "frei" im Getriebegehäuse angeordnet, so dass die Schneckenwelle axial verschieblich ist. Dies erlaubt eine selbsteinstellende axiale Zentrierung der Schneckenwelle. Es resultiert eine effiziente und robuste Leistungsverzweigung, die zusammen mit dem gemeinsamen Abtriebszahnrad ein kompaktes drehmomentstarkes Getriebe ergibt.
