    摘要： Die Hose, insbesondere Unterhose (1) weist einen elastischen Bund (2) und eine Eingriffsöffnung (3) auf. Die Unterhose (1) hat im Frontbereich eine latzförmige Klappe (7), die im verstärkten Schrittbereich (4) unlösbar mit der Unterhose (1) verbunden ist. Die latzförmige Klappe (7) besitzt im lösbaren, oberen Bereich Klettverschlussstreifen (8, 9), wobei das eine Band als Hakenband und das andere Band als Flauschband gestaltet ist. Im Frontbereich des elastischen Bundes 1 ist ein Klettverschlussstreifen (8, 9) vorhanden und an der latzförmigen Klappe (7) ist ein Gegenklettverschlussstreifen (8, 9) angebracht. Die Klettverschlussstreifen (8, 9) bilden eine lösbare Verbindung zwischen der latzförmigen Klappe (7) und dem elastischen Bund (2) der Unterhose (1). An der latzförmigen Klappe (7) im lösbaren Bereich ist ein Griffband (10) angeordnet. Dieses Griffband weist gegenüber der Länge der latzförmigen Klappe (7) ein Übermass auf, so dass der Benutzter leicht mit der Hand zwischen der Klappe (7) und dem Griffband (10) einzugreifen vermag und so die latzförmige Klappe vom Bund lösen kann und nun die Eingriffsöffnung (3) vollständig frei liegt und er das Genital ergreifen bzw. einen Katheter betätigen kann.

    摘要： The present invention relates to an article (1) comprising a chassis (2) and a belt (3). The belt (3) is separable from the chassis (2) and is arranged to be placed around the waist of a wearer. The belt (3) comprises first elastic means (22) for allowing stretching of the belt (3) during use in a lateral direction. The chassis (2) comprises at least a first layer (4) of a conformable material for the user. The chassis (2) comprises longitudinal sides (5, 6) and lateral sides (7, 8) and is divided into a front portion (9), a rear portion (10) and a crotch portion (11) located between the front portion (9) and the rear portion (10) in a longitudinal direction. The front portion (9) and/or the rear portion (10) of the chassis (2) comprises a pair of first fastening means (12) being separate with a first distance (L1). The chassis (2) is arranged to be detachably attached to the outer surface (18) of the belt (3) by means of said first fastening means (12). Said outer surface (18) comprises second fastening means (19) arranged to be detachably attached to the first fastening means (12). The chassis (2) comprises a pair of first stretch markings (13) being related to the first distance (L1). The belt (3) comprises a pair of second stretch markings (16) marking out a second distance (L2) when the belt (3) is in a relaxed state and a predetermined third distance (L3) when the belt (3) is in a stretched state.     摘要： An absorbent article comprising an absorbent pad and a belt to which the pad is detachably attached and which is intended to be attached to a separate belt that is placed around the waist of the wearer to hold the pad when the article is being worn, wherein the absorbent pad exhibits a chassis comprising a liquid-permeable top sheet and a liquid-impermeable back sheet oriented away from the wearer and an absorbent core between the top sheet and the back sheet. The difference in kinetic coefficients of friction measured with ASTM D 1894-08 standard between the back sheet of the pad and the outwardly oriented surface of the belt is at maximum 0.5. The attachment between the belt and the pad will then not cease due to the movement of the article relative to the surroundings when the belted-article is being used, thereby preventing contamination and leakage caused by detachment.
