    摘要: When a start switch (SW3) is depressed, a one-shot multivibrator circuit (15) is actuated to output one pulse. When the pulse enters a self-holding circuit (16), the self-holding circuit (16) is self-held to output an H-level signal until reset. As a result, a transistor (17) is turned on to actuate a relay (R1) for lowering a ram. When the ram reaches the lower limit position, a lower limit switch (LS4) is opened, so that a signal from a one-shot multivibrator circuit (18) causes a self holding circuit (21) to self-hold an H-level signal. The signal is delayed by a delay circuit (22) to turn a transistor (23) on. Therefore, a relay (R2) for raising the ram is actuated. Restarting will not be effected due to the operation of the one-shot multivibrator circuit (15) even when the start switch is kept depressed. Also, the service life of a valve changeover mechanism can be extended owing to the operation of the delay circuit (22). Further, erroneous operations can be prevented by operations of a delay circuit (19) and an AND circuit (24) even when the lower limit switch (LS4) chatters.

An engagement position relationship between upper and lower molds is controlled based on a D value indicating a theoretical engagement position relationship between upper and lower molds which correspond to a target bending angle for actually bending a work, a theoretical machine deflection is calculated based on a theoretical load for performing bending to an average value for bending angles, an actual machine deflection is calculated based on an actual pressure by a hydraulic cylinder and a correction amount of the D value is calculated based on the difference between the theoretical machine deflection and the actual machine deflection. In addition, not only the bending angle accuracy relative to various bending conditions is to be improved but also the number of corrections is to be reduced. A device for calculating a distance D value comprises input means for enabling the input of work material, tensile strength, plate thickness and so forth, work winding judging means, spring back amount calculating means, an air bend, bottoming judging means, work holding angle calculating means, means for calculating a pressuring force when a work is held, and table travelling value calculating means.

    摘要: A method of plastic forming in which a blank in the die undergoes plastic deformation with the advance of a punch whose moving speed is controllable. Deformation of the die incurred by am impact caused when the punch strikes the die is prevented by slow advance of the punch until the die touches the blank. When the punch comes into contact with the die, the pressure to move the punch forward, while interfering with the advance of the punch, is raised to a limit at which plastic deformation occurs. The advance speed of the punch is controlled so that, with release of the pressure having interrupted the advance of the punch, distortion speed of the blank may be made substantially uniform almost throughout the area subjected to plastic forming. Uniform stress acting on the die as a result of uniformized distortion speed of the blank leads to a uniform amount of deformation of the die almost throughout area subjected to plastic forming, whereby lowering of precision in forming caused by fluctuations in the deformation amount of the die is prevented. With the pressure of ejecting means made relatively higher than that of the punch at the time of ejection, spring-back of the die is prevented by ejection of the blank under pressure.

Hierzu dient ein mehrere Induktions­schleifen aufweisender Detektorkopf (4), der mit dem Stößelhub entlang eines Permanentmagnetstreifens (1) geführt wird, der in seiner Längsausdehenung in einer Vielzahl sich abwechselnder Nord-Süd-Pole unterteilt ist. Der induzierte Spannungsverlauf wird über Cosinus- und Sinusfunktionen der Induktions­schleifen für jede vorgegebene Weglängeneinheit abgegriffen und die Amplituden beider Funktionen am Umkehrpunkt gemessen und ausgewertet, und zwar der­gestalt, daß die eine der Amplituden bzw. das der am Umkehrpunkt gemessenen Amplitude benachbarte Maximum als Referenzspannung dient und die andere Amplitude den Meßwert vorgibt.
