摘要: A facsimile transmission control system has features such that it transmits a calling signal for calling up a receiver facsimile machine; transmits transmission picture data to the receiver facsimile machine, after a control signal indicating transmission function, when it receives a response signal indicating reception function and a reception preparation complete state from the receiver facsimile machine, within a predetermined period of time after the calling signal is transmitted; and transmits a control signal to the receiver facsimile machine when no response signal is received from the receiver facsimile machine within the predetermined period of time.

摘要: @ A terminal device for a multiplexed data transmission system has a decoder matrix (331) having plural groups of function setting inputs (MS; ADDR) for selecting plural types of functions such as interface, operation modes and other. One group of the function setting inputs are preferably address designating signals (ADDR) which are utilized for determining the interface (22, 24, 26, 105). The other group of the function setting inputs (MS) determines various additional functions such as, for example, enabling/disabling of fail-safe function and automatic transmission function. Selection with the aid of the matrix allows selection of a large number of functions with a small number of input signals. Utilization of the address signals to this end allows the number of terminal pins to be decreased to a minimum.

摘要: 1. A multiprocessor control device, in particular of the distributed control type in a system of microprocessors having link couplers for coupling it to a semaphore type serial link, which is managed by an access management unit to the network as a function of the requests of the microprocessors connected to this end to this unit through individual links, characterized in that the serial link connected for point to point communication to each one of said couplers (ARIT) is constituted by a message exchange network (RIT1) comprising a distributor (DR1) for managing the access to the networks and for supervising the network, and links connected to said distributor (DR1), as well as for each microprocessor associated thereto, request links (DE1) and send authorization links (AE1), links for transferring informations (RD1) to the distributor and from the distributor (DT1), a synchronization link (H) as well as a decoupling circuit (DG) through which the data received of the transfer links (RD1) are relayed simultaneously to all the microprocessors.

摘要: A use state ascertaining method comprises a step of acquiring, for a specific user, information on a connection time, information on the amount of data transmitted and received during the connection time, and information on the line speed during the connection time, a judging step of judging from the information on the connection time, the information on the amount of data transmitted and received, and information on the line speed whether or not the use state of the specific user is lower than a predetermined criterion, and a step of sending a report on the specific user to, e.g., the specific user or the manager if the use state of the specific user is judged to be lower than the predetermined criterion. Thus, a report can be sent to a user of low use efficiency, and therefore the user can be prompted to improve the use efficiency.

摘要: In this invention, a step of acquiring information about connection time, information about an amount of transmitted and received data during the connection time and information about line speed during the connection time for a specific user; a judging step of judging whether a utilization state of a specific user is in a predetermined state by using the information about the connection time, the information about the amount of the transmitted and received data and the information about the line speed; and a step of sending a notification concerning the specific user to the specific user, or to an administrator or the like, if it is judged that the utilization state of the specific user is in the predetermined state are executed. Thus, a notification concerning a user having a low utilization degree can be made, and therefore, improvement of the utilization rate can be encouraged.
