摘要: The subject of the invention is a 3D construction printer head for creating a printed element (13), the head comprising a nozzle (1) having an inlet (11) and an outlet (10), the nozzle (1) being configured to extrude a layer (14) of building material via its outlet (10); at least one finisher arrangement (2); a finisher arrangement motor (5) and a lifting arrangement (4) for moving the finisher arrangement (2), the finisher arrangement motor (5) and the lifting arrangement (4) being connected to each other. The finisher arrangement (2) comprises an active finisher element (3) for at least partially smoothening a surface of the printed element (13), and an active finisher element motor (6) for rotating the active finisher element (3). A height (h1) of the active finisher element (3) being larger than the height (h2) of the layer (14). This solution provides a 3D construction printer head capable of actively smoothening the surface of the printed structure/wall in a height of more than one layer.

摘要: Provided is a support material for fused deposition modeling capable of being supplied in the form of filament excellent in flexibility and uniformity of wire diameter. The support material comprises a polyvinyl alcohol-based resin (A) and a polylactone (B) having a specific molecular weight in a specific content. The filamentous support material is excellent in productivity. Moreover, the support material portion after the fused deposition modeling can be removed by washing by use of water, The resulting waste liquid is biodegradable and thus the support material is environmentally friendly.

摘要: The invention relates to an additive manufacturing system and a method for manufacturing one or more three-dimensional structures. At least one deposition unit with one or more nozzles is arranged for dispensing a build material through an opening area thereof on a print surface. A controller is provided which is configured to operate the system for deposition of filaments of a build material paste on the print surface in an interconnected arrangement in a plurality of stacked layers in order to form the one or more three-dimensional structures. An actuation unit is arranged in order to have access to the at least one deposition unit, wherein the actuation unit is configured to hold the print surface. The actuation unit is configured to move the print surface at the at least one deposition unit during deposition of the filaments by said deposition unit.
