    摘要: An apparatus and method for treating cellulosic wood chips in a digestion process for the liberation of pulp in a caustic hydroxide solution at high pressures and temperatures by delivering preconditioned wood chips to a first chamber (10) and circulating a low temperature black liquor through the chamber (10) to preheat the chips, while continuously feeding the chips through the chamber (10) to a second chamber (21) at high temperature and pressure, circulating high temperature black liquor to the chips in the second chamber (21) to advance them to cooking temperature, feeding white liquor and the chips to a digester (33) for the digestion process over a predetermined period of time, and removing digested pulp and delivering the pulp to a washer with the black liquor for washing being utilized for the first chamber (10), and heating the white liquor through a heat exchange process with the high temperature black liquor.

    摘要: A method of pulping wastepaper includes providing a pulping vessel with a rotor and at least one flow sensor to measure slurry flow within the pulping vessel. The pulping vessel is charged a slurry (wastepaper and water), the amounts of wastepaper and water being such that the slurry has consistency in the range of from 10% to 30%. The wastepaper charge in the pulping vessel is pulped at a pre-selected power level while monitoring poloidal slurry flow; water may be added when the poloidal flow falls below a predetermined lower threshold flow value to reduce viscosity and restore poloidal flow within the pulping vessel. Doppler velocimetry is a preferred method of monitoring pulp flow. In a particularly preferred construction the rotor has a variable power drive. The inventive method is especially useful for making high quality, high brightness furnishes from wastepaper which varies from batch to batch.

    摘要: Disclosed is a pulping method of a pulping system for household paper, wherein the pulping system comprises: a pulper, a white-water pump, a roller conveyor, a chain scraper conveyor, and a pulp discharging pump, the pulping method sequentially comprising steps of: adding water, feeding, beating, pumping, and washing. The disclosure offers the following advantages: by setting operating frequencies of the white-water pump and the pulper based on different stages of pulping, electrical energy waste caused by high-speed running of white-water pump and pulper in the prior art is eliminated, and production costs are saved; the energy consumed per ton of paper of the pulping system drops by 40%, of which the pulper drops by 25%, while the energy consumed by the white-water pump drops by 79%.
