Es wird ein Verfahren zum Befestigen eines mit mindestens einem Zapfen (9) versehenen Firmenmarkenzeichens (8) an einer Fahrzeugbremse beschrieben. Das Verfahren umfasst die folgenden Schritte: Vorsehen von mindestens einer Bohrung (6) in der Fahrzeugbremse, Einpressen eines Federelements (7) in die Bohrung (6) und Eindrücken des Zapfens (9) in das Federelement (7). Des Weiteren betrifft die Erfindung ein Firmenmarkenzeichen (8), das durch zwei eben ausgebildete Seitenflächen (10, 12) und durch mindestens einen auf der Seitenfläche (12) angeordneten Zapfen gekennzeichnet ist, und ein Federelement zur Aufnahme des an dem Firmenmarkenzeichen (8) vorgesehenen Zapfens (9), das einen zylindrischen Grundkörper (16) und Federarme (13, 14) aufweist, von denen der Federarm (14) in radialer Richtung nach innen und der Federarm (13) in radialer Richtung nach außen gebogen ist. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung eine Scheibenbremse mit einem solchen Firmenmarkenzeichen (8) und einem in einer Bohrung (6) der Scheibenbremse eingesetzten Federelement (7).
