摘要: A method for producing a corona discharge-preventing structure for covering the outer surface of a to-be-insulated object is presented. The method comprises: a tape producing step (S10) of producing a corona discharge- preventing tape including a macromolecular polymer added with an electrically conductive powders and non-electrically conductive nanoparticles; a main insulating step (S20) of winding a main insulating tape around the to-be-insulated object; and a winding step (S30) of winding the corona discharge- preventing tape around the outer surface of the to-be-insulated object around which the main insulating tape has been wound. The tape producing step (S10) may include: a mixture producing step (S11) of producing a mixture by adding the electrically conductive powder and the non-electrically conductive nanoparticles to the macromolecular polymer; a coating step (S12) of coating the mixture on a fiber-reinforced cloth; a heating-drying step (S13); and a cutting step (S14).

摘要: A producing method for an electrical insulating structure that covers an outer surface of a to-be-insulated object is provided. The method comprises: a taping step (S02) of winding a main insulation tape on outside of the to-be-insulated object; a spraying step (S03) of spraying nanoparticles onto the outer surface of the wound main insulation tape; a vacuum drawing step (S06) of vacuum drawing the tape-wound to-be-insulated object; and an impregnation step (S07) of injecting a nanoparticle-containing impregnating macromolecular polymer in which nanoparticles have been kneaded to impregnate the to-be-insulated object therewith. In the spraying step (S03), microcapsules, which contain the nanoparticles and are able to release the nanoparticles before the impregnation step (S07), are sprayed.
