摘要: A heat exchange module 12 is formed by stacking pipe groups obtained by fixing a plurality of pipes 1 with use of pipe array holding members 9a to 9d. Flow path forming members 50 are arranged on pipe groups in the uppermost and lowermost layers, and walls 51 and 52 are provided so as to protrude from the outer-side pipe array holding members and the inner-side pipe array holding members. Flow path members 63 are provided between the walls 51 and 52 adjacent to each other so as to allow through holes 53 and 54 to communicate with each other. The heat exchange module 12 is housed in the housing 2, and while rotating the housing 2, a resin material 24 is filled into a space enclosed by the two inner-side pipe array holding members of each pipe group in the housing 2, interstices around the pipes present between an opening 15a of the housing and the outer-side pipe array holding members, and interstices around the pipes present between an opening 15b of the housing and the outer-side pipe array holding members.

摘要: A removing tool 1 having a tubular member 2 and guide wire 3 inserted into a vessel. The tubular member 2 has a removing portion 5 for removing an intravascular obstruction by contacting to the intravascular obstruction. The outer circumferential plane of the removing portion 5 has a spirally projecting portion 10. The tubular member 5 has an operating portion 6 held by an operator for operating the removing portion 5. A guide wire 3 guides the removing portion 5 to the position where the intravascular obstruction is formed. The operating portion 6 is operated by the operator to move the removing portion 5 back and forth in the longitudinal direction of the vessel.

摘要: A slit 8 for insertion of the guide wire 3 is formed in the peripheral well of a tubular member 2 which is to be inserted into the left anterior descending branch. Athread 15 is tied around the peripheral wall of the tubular member 2 such that the knot 17 is placed on the peripheral well generally opposite to the slit 8. After the tybula member 2 is inserted into the left anterior descending branch with the help of the guide wire3, the guide wire 3 is pulled out. The thread 15 is lightly pulled to axially rotate the tubular member 2 such that the slit 8 is covered with the inner surface of the left anterior descending branch. After more than a half of a graft vessel is anastomosed to the periphery of an incision of the left anterior descending branch, the thread 15 is strongly pulled to pull out the tubular member 2. The graft vessel is completely anastomosed to the periphery of the incision.

摘要: A connector system for medical use has a male connector (1), a protective cap (2), an inner cap (3) holding a disinfectant-impregnated member and received in the protective cap, and a female connector (4) whose inner tube is fixed to one end of an outer tube and where the inner tube has an inner end portion inside the outer tube and has an exposed outer end portion. The inner cap has an engagement leg having an engagement projection on it, and the engagement projection is engageable with the head of the female connector from the inside. An inner cap holding portion is formed on an inner wall surface of the protective cap, and an engaging force between the inner cap and the male connector is greater than a force with which the inner cap holding portion holds the inner cap. The protective cap holding the inner cap is installed in the male connector. When removing the protective cap afterward, the inner cap is separated from the protective cap while being held by the male connector, and when the male connector is connected to the female connector, the inner end portion of the inner tube penetrates through the disinfectant-impregnated member to open a flow path. Bacterial contamination can be reduced by simple operation when connection and separation are repeated.
